Two or Three People Can Make You Rich in MLM

Did you know that two or three good people can make you rich in MLM?  Heck, even one superstar can make you a six figure income with most companies.

Did you know that if you were to study any of the top earners in our industry, they could point to two or three people in their entire organization that generate at least 80 to 90 percent of their income, even if they’ve sponsored HUNDREDS of people?

When you understand this simple concept, it’s pretty powerful.  It’s actually quite amazing.

You see, most people in network marketing do very little or nothing to build their business on a consistent basis.  Most people “dabble” with it, find two or three customers, or build a small part-time business with five to twenty distributors.

But a few people who get involved catch the vision and decide to take the bull by the horns and run with it.

Most Top MLM Leaders Earn MOST of their Income from Just One to Three Lines

These are the folks that make your team explode.

For every hundred people on your team, you might have one person who does this.  If you’re lucky, maybe two.  The other 98-99 people will simmer, order products from time to time, do very little, quit, or maybe have a small retail business.

You love, respect, and support everyone, but you’re looking for this select group of folks. You spend your TIME with these MAVERICKS.

Remember, you can’t drag anyone across the finish line, nor can you make someone successful. It’s your job to work where your time is DESERVED.

Of course, you’ll probably have to sponsor 100 to 200 people personally to find these two or three people, but it’s well worth it in the long haul.

In many cases, you find these key leaders in depth!  You might not sponsor them personally. You might sponsor someone who leads you to someone who leads you to someone, who leads you to a winner.  That’s normally how it works out.

It really doesn’t matter much whether you sponsor them personally or not.

At the end of the day, what you are looking for is a few serious people to run with.  These people will implement what you teach them and they will go on to build a huge team of their own, with or without your help.

In many cases, these two or three people will build teams of thousands or tens of thousands of people.

Because you are their sponsor or upline, you earn a small commission from each person on their team, and those small commissions can really add up to something significant.

As you are building your team, you want to look for people on your team that are actually doing the work.  This will account for no more than 5 to 10 percent of your team.

Within that five to ten percent of people doing the work, you will want to identify the key leaders.  These are the folks you should invest most of your time with and help (if they want you too).

In most cases, they won’t want or need your help.  They will accept responsibility for their own network marketing business and they will do the work, with or without you.

Sounds nice, huh?

Once again, two to three people can make you rich in network marketing!  A few key leaders in your group will account for most of your income, even if you’ve personally sponsored hundreds.

Keep your eyes and ears open for excited people who are actively building their business, and do what you can to help them succeed.

  1. I had never really thought about that Chuck, but in all actuality, you are right. I do believe though that we have to be careful of trying to predict, or judge who that person will be. Some people could try to “cherry pick” trying to find those one or two, and passing up other people who might just do a little, but still make you money. This is just something I had to mention. Back when I was in home improvement sales, we would get “cherry picker” sales people from time to time. They might make a good commission every once in awhile, but usually they were getting nothing.
