If you want to achieve success in Youngevity, you need to learn how to sponsor other distributors onto your team who want to build a business.  Listed below, I’m going to share three simple tips to help you do that.

Youngevity Sponsoring Secret #1: Get Customers First and Upgrade Them

My best tip is to simply focus 100% of your efforts on getting more customers. As you get customers, get them using the products as quickly as possible. Many of your happy customers will want to upgrade to a distributor to become a wholesale buyer or business builder. It’s a lot easier to find customers than it is to find distributors. Simply put, be product oriented and upgrade your happy customers.  Even if you only get good at finding customers, you will make a lot of money in your business.

Youngevity Sponsoring Secret # 2: Focus on People in Your Target Market

One of my best sponsoring secrets is to focus exclusively on your target market. Find 2-3 Youngevity products that you want to promote and then take some time to clearly identify what type of people would be the best customers for those products. At that point, focus on advertising to, and meeting people, in that target market. This will save you lots of time and money.  Youngevity has a wide variety of products, so you potentially have many target markets to choose from.

Youngevity Sponsoring Secret # 3: Pick One Marketing Strategy and Take Massive Action

There are many ways to meet people and sponsor them into your business. Common advertising methods include prospecting, working in your warm market, creating newspaper ads, direct mail, blogging, Facebook PPC, etc. My best advice is to pick ONE marketing/sponsoring strategy and then go out and take massive action for one to two years.  If you try too many different strategies at a time you will dilute your efforts and not do anywhere near as good as you could.

    Love the point about choosing one marketing strategy and really sticking with it for a good long while. A jack of all trades is the master of none, and too many cooks in the kitchen burns dinner, ya know! I was trying to do some direct mail, a company website/newsletter, and Facebook for a while, but I recently quit all but Facebook. It’s working–I have a party going just a week after beginning the focus!
