LifeWave was founded in 2004 by David Schmidt. David spent several years with a research and development company that specialized in energy production for commercial and military systems. As such, David took his knowledge and found ways to increase energy and stamina in humans; hence LifeWave.

LifeWave is headquartered in San Diego, California. From what I see in reviews, independent LifeWave business owners just love the compensation plan. The company uses a binary compensation plan with many extras instituted.

LifeWave is also an upstanding member of the Direct Selling Association. They have a great repuation online. You can also find a bunch of great product testimonials online. The bottom line is they are a great company, with great products and a great compensation plan.
