The Top 20 Amway Motivational Organizations, Systems and Lines of Sponsorship

What I want to do in this article is share a list of what I consider to be the top 20 Amway Motivational Organizations, systems and lines of sponsorship.

I’m sure that you are aware that Amway is the BIG DOG in the MLM Industry, dating back to 1959 (officially). Millions of people have participated in the business opportunity during the past 60-years, some achieving tremendous success, while others failed miserably.

In case you aren’t familiar with the Amway Motivational Organizations (AMO) they are simply the different lines of sponsorship within Amway, and they provide business support materials, systems, and business tools (at a profit) for their Amway distributors.

For many years, the AMOs have been the primary source of controversy within Amway, mainly because of the tool money. It’s often said that many of the Diamond and above level distributors earn a large portion of their income and profits from the system income, not from Amway. Although that issue is not the purpose of this article, I did want to clarify that with you.

Within Amway, there are many different Amway Motivational Organizations. I don’t know the exact count, but I’d guess there are at least 50 different active AMOs, maybe even more. And, there are many that are now defunct.

While all of these lines of sponsorship do things a little bit differently from each other, their purpose is still the same. They provide a substantial income to the Diamonds and they also provide books, CDs, seminars and other business support materials to train their Amway distributors.

Some people love them and others hate them. To that I say, to each his own.

Before I share my list of the top 20 Amway Motivational Organizations, systems and lines of sponsorship, I would like to share this quick disclaimer first.

  • Amway and many of the AMOs listed are registered trademarks
  • I am not affiliated with Amway or any of these AMOs
  • I do not know how many distributors are in each Amway Motivational Organization, since the information is not published
  • I do not know the average earnings per distributor in each AMO, since the information is not published
  • I do not know every single AMO in existence, since there are 50-100 or more of them
  • The rankings I listed below are simply my OPINION, based upon the online research that I did
  • I factored in the number of successful distributors (Diamonds and above) that are listed in the system and how long the system has been around when I ranked them
  • Your opinion may differ than mine and that is okay

Top 20 Amway Motivational Organizations

Now that we have that out of the way, here is my list of the top 20 Amway Motivational Organizations, systems and lines of sponsorship.

# 20: Pro Alliance

Founded by Double Diamonds Hal and Susan Gooch, Pro Alliance is another successful AMO within Amway. Visit the Pro Alliance website to learn more about it.

# 19: Forever and a Day

Based in Thailand, this line of sponsorship is filled with young IBOs, mostly in their 30s or younger.

Forever and a day ℠ Line of Sponsorship (LOS) originates from Thailand in 2004, leaded by Executive Diamond Bobby Naruss & Nuchie MaHakkapong and the Diamonds. ⓕ forever and a day ℠ is one of the largest Amway’s Generation Y organizations in the world with a massive number of Diamonds, Emeralds and Platinums qualifying under the age of 30. # 18: UR Association

This is a fairly new AMO, started by Crowns John and Jennie Belle Crowe in 2007. The Crowe’s decided to break away from Britt World Wide and start their own AMO. Some of their key leaders include John Sestina, Rex and Betty Jo Renfrow, and David and Kristin Dussault. Here is their mission statement:

This Amway line of sponsorship is the Italy Division of the Worldwide Diamonds, and they are also affiliated with the TOP4. It launched in 2001. Some of their key leaders include:

# 16: Team MAK

Started by Peter and Helen McKenna, Team MAK does business throughout Australia. At the time of writing this article, the organization had 11 Diamonds in it. Read more about Team MAK.

# 15: INA

INA, which stands for Internet Associates, is led by Jim and Margee Floor. It does business primarily in the United States. Many of their downline distributors belong to different AMOs. Some of their leaders include Joe and Linda Dendy, Jim and Marcia Carlton, and Roger Sitcler.

# 14: Leadership Team Development

Also known as LTD, Leadership Team Development was started by Larry and Pam Winters. It launched in 2006 and does business in the United States, primarily. Some of their key leaders include Larry and Pam Winters, Joe and Marybeth Markiewicz, Danny Snipes, Jeff and Andrea Moore, and many others.

A former high school-educated car wash manager and minor league baseball player, Larry Winters’ life illustrates a true “rags to riches” story. # 13: Diamond Alliance

It is led by James Vagyi and launched in 2002. It does business in Europe, primarily in Hungary, Austria, Poland and the Ukraine. Some of the leaders include Natalya Yena, Alexander Koryak and James Vagyi.

# 12: Winner’s International

Winner’s International was founded in 2008 by Kanti and Hemi Gala.  Although he is an Executive Diamond he has a HUGE Amway business, probably one of the top 10 in the company as far as number of distributors.  Most of the India market is in the Gala’s downline, and a large amount of them participate in his system.

# 11: eFinity

Started by the legendary Tim Foley in 2006, eFinity was the first accredited AMO to receive the Professional Development Accreditation Program by Amway. It does business in the US, Canada, Brazil and many other countries.

# 10: World Wide Dream Builders

This AMO started sometime in the 1980s (best guess) and was launched by Ron and Georgia Lee Puryear. The company is owned by all the successful Diamonds within the line of sponsorship. It is located in Spokane, Washington. Once you qualify as a Diamond you automatically get shares in the company.

Some of the successful Diamonds include Brad and Julie Duncan and Dave Severn. Most of its distributors are in the United States and Korea. If I figured in the distributors from Korea in the total, I would move this up to the top five spot. I didn’t do that, because that group goes by a different name (WWDB Korea). I have recently learned that WWDB changed its name to World Wide Group.

# 9: Soonye

If you live in Malaysia, Singapore or Brunei, and you are approached by an Amway distributor, there is a good chance they are part of the Soonye organization. It was founded in 1981 and started by the first Founder’s Crown Ambassador in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore, Lee Kim Soon and Kwee Choo. It also partners with TOP4.

The purpose of the organization is to help people become better individuals so they can build a successful Amway business. Soonye provides training and motivation to distributors within its line of sponsorship. This includes books, tapes and other business support materials. # 8: Britt World Wide

Founded by the late Bill Britt (quite perhaps my favorite Amway distributor, other than Dave Severn), BWW launched in the 1980s (best guess). It has hundreds of downline Diamond level distributors, mostly in the United States and India. Some of the successful distributors include Paul and Leslie Miller, Terry and Amy O’Shea and Kanti Gala.

To its association of independent business owners throughout the world, BWW provides valuable mentorship to dedicated men and women, in order to help them achieve their desired level of success in their own businesses.

# 7: Heckel

This AMO was started by Kaoru Nakajima, one of the most successful distributors ever in Amway. I don’t know very much about it, except that it is huge. It does business primarily in Japan and the United Kingdom. Visit the Heckel website to learn more.

# 6: Schwarz Organisation

The Schwarz Organization launched in 1984. It was started by Founders Crown Ambassador 60 FAA Points distributor Max Schwarz. Max is a legend in the Amway business. He is from Germany. He joined Amway in 1977 and he has one of the largest teams in the company.

The purpose of the Schwarz Organization is to train and motivate Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. The Schwarz Organization provides books, seminars, CDs, tapes, and other business support materials to help members build a profitable Amway business.

This line of sponsorship primarily does business in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia, Italy, Poland, Czechoslovakia and several other countries. Some of the key leaders include Max Schwarz, Maria Schleipfer, Lora and Alexander Dobler and Anja Schwarz.

After doing some research on the organization, it appears that they know what they are doing. They have thousands of successful distributors in their organization throughout Europe, and some in the United States.

#5: Plum Blossom

You have to put this AMO high on the list. Started by Barry Chi and Holly Chen, some of the most successful Amway distributors in Taiwan, this is a very popular and LARGE line of sponsorship. It is the largest Amway organization among the Chinese. The organization has 20 Crowns and more than TWO THOUSAND Diamond level distributors. # 4: Crador Global 

This fine AMO dates back to 1978 and was founded by Foo Howe Kean and Shu Chen. This guy might just be the most talented business builder every to build an Amway business. He has achieved top ranks in several markets. Here are some of his achievements.

He is the first Executive Diamond in the world, the first who qualified Diamond and Executive Diamond in two different markets. He is the first person to become a Crown Ambassador in 3 different Market in the world of Amway. That’s why I put Crador Global so high on the list.

# 3: TOP4

I had to include TOP4 on the list, even though it is a combination of four different AMOs: Heckel, World Wide Diamonds, World Wide Dream Builders and the Plum Blossom. From what I’ve read online, many other AMOs are partnering up with TOP4.

# 2: InterNET

This AMO is the brainchild of Dexter Yager, quite perhaps the first Amway distributor to create his own “system” and motivational organization. It was founded unofficially in 1971 and officially in 1979. It’s been in business more than FORTY years now and has produced THOUSANDS of successful distributors. I would call this the “mother” of all AMOs because just about every other AMO on this list was founded by someone in Dexter Yager’s downline.

# 1: Network TwentyOne

This is one of, if not the most successful AMO that I know of. Network TwentyOne launched in 1989 and was the brainchild of the late Founders Crown Ambassadors Jim (deceased) and Nancy Dornan. It does business in 36 different countries, with 26 local offices and lots of full-time employees. Some of the countries it does business in includes the United States, South Africa, Canada, Austria, Denmark and more. Some of the key leaders include:

  • Jim and Nancy Dornan
  • Peter and Debbie Cox
  • Mitch and Diedre Sala
  • Pat and John Hendrickson

I rank this as the top AMO because of the huge CONTINUED success they have each year. They are always breaking new Diamonds.

Final Thoughts

In summary, Amway is the “King” of network marketing and has been around for more than 50 years now. Millions of people have pursued the Amway opportunity, some with success and some with no success.

At the present moment in time, to the best of my knowledge, there are more than 50 different active Amway Motivational Organizations within Amway. These are the different lines of sponsorship that provide the business tools, motivation, and business support materials for their Amway distributors.

These organizations are ran by the successful Diamond level distributors and they place a huge focus on selling the tools for profit. Some people love these motivational organizations and others hate them.

I have done my best to rank the top 20 Amway Motivational Organizations accurately and fairly based upon the number of successful distributors and how long the organization has been in existence.

But, please keep in mind that the rankings are just my opinion, and are not endorsed by Amway or any of the AMOs. In addition, there’s a good chance that one or more of these organizations listed above could disappear at some point in time and go defunct. Finally, I have no bias and am not affiliated with any of these lines of sponsorship, so I tried to evaluate them objectively.

  1. I’m trying to find a nonprofit approved provider to link up with, one that doesn’t sell BSM for profit. As you mentioned, tool money is incredibly controversial. Have you heard of any nonprofit AMOs?

    1. World Wide Group (formerly World Wide Dream Builders) went non-profit a while back. Event speakers are not paid for appearances and BSM is not for profit. There is a membership cost which supports the employees and technology needed to maintain and continue to produce support materials / apps / etc. While the overhead is laughably negligible compared to the value received, in my opinion, the goal from the outset is to have a self-funded business where any overhead cost is covered by your retail profit / personal use savings.

  2. Re. #2, InterNet. This may or may not be the first AMO. Bill Britt was the first to mass produce tapes. Dex didn’t approve, but later built a larger factory and attracted many IBO leaders from outside his organization with the promise of sharing the wealth from the sale of tools. As far as who created the first system, Jim Janz would argue that he did. Jim is now with Network 21.

      1. My wife and I were the last couple to achieve the Diamond level in UK/ROI back in 1994/5. There are quite a few reasons why Amway UK/ROI broke 5 new Diamonds between 1993–1995 yet have failed to break 1 since then. We have never been asked why we think there have been no new Diamonds since then…..and believe me we do know. Our experience with Amway was a life changing journey and we will be forever thankful for the many many blessings we received while working the business for 20+ years and reaching Diamond was a dream come true.

  3. Re. #8, BWW. Canadian Crown, Andre Blanchard left the business in protest of the name change to Quixtar. His business is now run by his son-in-law. He is now with another MLM. Andre had the second largest business in Canada; behind Gordon Ross.

      1. Andre is now with Morinda Bioactives (formally, Tahitian Noni International). He left Amway, January, 2000 after 33 years in the business. None of his leaders seem to have followed him as none appear as leaders in his new company. Andre has done very well for himself with this company as he is a true networking professional.

  4. Re. #11 eFinity. It is run by Founders Diamond, Steve Woods who is up line of Tim Foley. Steve’s up line is Double Diamond, Bill Childers who is also a member of eFinity. Steve is one of the most highly regarded leaders of Amway despite “only” being a Diamond. His huge downline organization is one of the most successful in all of Amway.

  5. Re. $18, URA. Rex Renfrow was personally sponsored by Bill Britt. He foster sponsored John Crowe out of Dan Williams. John Sestina is several IBOs down line from Renfrow. This is one of the most highly respected AMOs in the business.

  6. Some people love the Amway Motivational Organizations and others hate them with a passion. I see both sides of the coin. While others say they are expensive and a waste of time, I disagree. I personally see a value in the tapes, functions and books. They help teach you how to think like a business person and develop some of the skills it takes to succeed.

    Sure, a lot of the tapes are motivational in nature. But people need the motivation.

    My only problem with the AMOs is that a lot of the Diamonds claim that don’t make much money from the system. If they were honest and straight forward with their team, I wouldn’t have a problem with it. But when they hide behind the systems and deny the earnings they get from the system, it does make me upset.

    Personally, I am grateful for my experience in Amway . It taught me a lot about business, success and life in general.

    1. I agree that motivational products are necessary. If you have a huge team (as most of these people seem to have), then you are probably not able to meet with and motivate even all of your recruits on a regular basis. So recordings and other motivational tools are a good idea, so long as they work.

      I would have a problem with the Diamond level leaders hiding behind a system,too. Any time a leader hides something, it should send a red flag up to the people they are leading. Transparency is essential in these times.

    2. I was told when I was 3% pin to be careful or my up line would brainwash me with tapes.books and functions. Thankfully I let them brainwash me all the way to Diamond in 1994/5 We were taught to build the people then the people could build the business.

    3. Do you really mean “a lot” or is your “problem” just a few you may have come in contact with? Are you including Danzig and Popovich in your criticism? Personally attacking “a lot” of Diamonds for the faults of a few is unfair. After all, there are over 1000 Diamonds in North America and many thousands world wide. How many do you know of, that are still in the business, “hide behind the system and deny the earnings they get from the system.”? For all the good you do, this comment of yours does a disservice to you and your readers.

      1. Sorry you feel that way. I don’t think they “hide” behind the system, but they don’t disclose the details either. I’ve never heard of any Diamond in any meeting say Amway is “X” amount of my income and the tools are “X” amount of my income. It would be neat if they were required to do so. That being said, when people show the plan, they typically don’t talk about the tool income in the plan, even though that is a substantial part of the income in the Diamond lifestyle. And when people are encouraged to use the tools they aren’t told, your upline makes “X” amount off each item. I personally think there should be a legal disclosure revealing it. Or, the company could just take charge of tools themselves, which would eliminate most of the problems. Just my two cents. We can respectfully agree to disagree.

        1. I have never heard a Diamond or any other IBO state what their income is either So, why would one state “__% of my income is from the sale of books, tapes/cd’s. and literature? (Besides that, incomes do fluctuate.) What store or individual says, “We buy our books for a penny each on Amazon and resell them to you for X amount of money.”? Do you propose requiring the disclosure of royalty income on songs, books, and speeches, also? I don’t ask you how much you make in your business and I expect that you are polite enough to not ask others about the nitty-gritty of their income. Sometimes curiosity can borders on rudeness.

          Tools are NOT part of the plan. They are OPTIONAL for those who may desire them. Tapes/CDs are the property of AMOs. Books, on the other hand, can be bought from AMOs or any number of outlets. What one is willing to pay for them is an individual decision.

          Now, think on this – an AMO is a business just like any traditional business. They have a manufacturing facility and a warehouse facility. They have employees. They buy and sell products. They sell to middlemen that sell to others. If the owner of the AMO sells to a lot of middlemen they make more than if they sell to only a few. If the middlemen buy a lot, the AMO makes a lot. If they don’t, nobody makes any money. Each time a product changes hands a profit should be made. That is only to be expected.

    4. The AMO’s charge 3-4 times more for tapes than Amway Corporation tapes. Leaders say the Amway Corp tapes are out of date, but I got more out of the Amway tapes and these tapes were more professionally done. This 3-4 times cost causes new distributors to eventually become very disgruntled if they are in the business to make a few extra bucks a month as Rich DeVos said in the “Try or Cry” tape.

      This causes negativity about the business and makes it more and more difficult to sponsor others even though Amway is not close to saturation. If you are strong, you can tell your upline that you do not want to buy motivational materials and they kind of respect it, but will keep pushing you to buy the materials.

      1. Very interesting. During my time in Amway, we actually had some people pushed out of the business, even though they had a team of 50 to 100 people simply because they were NOT buying the business support materials. This includes two people in my direct upline: my sponsor and her sponsor.

          Who pushed out your uplines out of the business for not buying the system ? Their uplines? The owner of the AMO ? I am new to Amway, I don’t like going to functions. I am planning just to make a few extra bucks by building a silver distributors network with people who likes to retail. Do you know anyone who has reached some success ” outside ” a system ?

  7. Amway is the “queen” of network marketing companies. iTeamUSA is a line of sponsorship and “training system” within the Amway business. The leaders and founders of iTeamUSA are Amway Diamonds Brad and Vera Doyle of the United States.

    The purpose of the system is to provide motivation and training for Amway Distributors in its line of sponsorship. This includes books, tapes, seminars and other business support materials. These products help the team’s Amway Distributors grow their businesses, and provide an additional income stream to the organization’s leaders.

    iTeamUSA does business primarily in the United States, but has distributors in other countries too. The Doyle’s upline Diamond is Bob and Bonnie Howard.

  8. The Amway TOP4 group is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. The organization was founded sometime around 2001 when four different lines of sponsorship combined their training systems. The four different groups were the HECKEL group of Japan, World Wide Diamonds from Europe, World Wide Dream Builders of Korea, and the Plum Blossom organization.

    Each year, the TOP4 group hosts an annual convention in a different country. The purpose of the organization is to train and motivate its Amway distributors. This organization standardizes training with all Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship.

    Additionally, it provides books, tapes, seminars and business support materials to help its Amway distributors grow their business. Many of the successful Diamond level distributors earn a large income from TOP4. This income is in addition to their Amway income.

    The TOP4 organization founding members include Kaoru Nakajima, Leonard and Esther Kim, Barry Chi and Holly Chen and Eva and Dr. Peter Muller-Meerkatz. They are some of the top earners in all of Amway. The organization has several thousand Diamond level distributors and close to a half million total Amway distributors in its group.

  9. The International Connection is a former Amway line of sponsorship. Its leaders are/were Amway Triple Diamonds Brian and Marg Hays. Brian and Marg Hays got involved in the Amway business many years ago, after learning about the Amway business from a personal friend.

    They built their Amway business the old-fashioned way, by sharing the products and business opportunity with friends and family members. As they sponsored new Amway distributors, they helped them achieve success. Since then, Brian and Marg Hays have gone from inexperienced network marketers to Amway Triple Diamonds. In my opinion, that’s pretty impressive.

    At some point, the couple decided to form their own Amway Motivational Organization. They named it the International Connection. The purpose of the International Connection is to train and motivate its Amway distributors. The International Connection line of sponsorship offers meetings, seminars, training, books, tapes, cds, conferences and other business support materials. In 2007, the couple merged the International Connection with Network 21.

  10. Alliance Net Solutions (ANS) is a former Amway Motivational Organization. It is now defunct. It was led by Amway Diamonds Joe and Lynn Land. Their upline Diamond was Kay and Carolyn Fletcher. The couple was terminated from Amway, sometime in the early to mid 2000s.

    The purpose of Alliance Net Solutions was to train, motivate and inspire Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship by providing business support materials, such as books, tapes and seminars. I’m not sure who the other Diamonds were in their organization, but I am trying to find out.

  11. ILD is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. It was started in 1995 by Double Diamond Jack Daughtery. Currently, it is led by Executive Diamond David Humphrey.

    ILD provides training and motivation to Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. This includes books, tapes, websites, voice messaging, seminars and other business support materials. The “tools” and “system” is designed to teach distributors how to build a successful Amway business.

    ILD does business in the United States primarily, but also has distributors in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to 1995, most of ILD Amway distributors participated in the World Wide Dream Builders line of sponsorship.

    There are many successful Amway distributors in the ILD line of sponsorship. After doing some research, I found approximately 50+ Diamonds and higher that participate in the system. I’m not sure how many of those Diamonds are currently qualified Diamonds though.

    If you search online, the only complaints you will find is about the “system.” Many former and current ILD Amway distributors complain about the tool money, claiming that the Diamonds make most of their money from the tools, and not from Amway.

    I don’t discredit that. In fact, that’s something to consider before you get involved with Amway. Just keep in mind that all Amway distributors follow some type of system, and that it will cost extra money, above and beyond your Amway product purchases. Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide which “system” to use. On the other hand, you don’t HAVE to use any system.

  12. Soonye is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. In essence, it is an Amway training system. It was started by Founders Crown Ambassador Lee Kim Soon & Kwee Choo.

    The purpose of the organization is to help people become better individuals so they can build a successful Amway business. Soonye provides training and motivation to distributors within its line of sponsorship. This includes books, tapes, websites, phone numbers, and other business support materials. They also host seminars and functions in Malaysia.

    Soonye does business in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, with the majority of its distributors in Malaysia. Some of the successful Amway distributors affiliated with Soonye include Executive Diamonds Ng Tiam Ming & Lau Mang Huey, Diamonds Chong Kim Fei & Ong Peik Chew and Man Cheong Mang & Poh Swan.

    I’m not sure how long Soonye has been around. From what I found online, they are affiliated with the TOP4 line of sponsorship. TOP4 is one of the largest Amway Motivational Organizations in the world.

    If you search online, you will find people who love the system and others who hate it. The biggest complaint against Soonye is the “tool money.” Many former Amway distributors claim that the Diamonds in Soonye make most of their money from the tools and not from Amway. I’ve found that this is a common complaint against all Amway Motivational Organizations.

    While I don’t believe that this system is bad, I do know that your success is Amway has nothing to do with a system and everything to do with you finding customers and building a team of distributors. If you don’t do those two activities, it doesn’t matter how long you follow a system.

  13. HECKEL is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. It is led by Double Crown Ambassador Kaoru Nakajima of Japan. Mr. Nakajima started his Amway business in 1982 in Japan. Since then, he has become a legend in the Amway business and has helped tens of thousands of other people achieve success with Amway.

    HECKEL provides motivation and training to Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. This includes books, tapes, training calls, websites, business tools and seminars. These tools are sold at a profit for the Diamond level distributors.

    At one time HECKEL had more than 750,000 Amway distributors within its organization and counted for nearly 40% of the Amway business in Japan. I find that very impressive. Anyone that builds a downline that big definitely knows what they are doing.

    The organization has several Crown Ambassadors and hundreds of Diamonds and successful Amway distributors. From what I found online, this line of sponsorship is very squared away. They are one of the few AMOs with continued growth.

    The major complaint people have against HECKEL, and other AMOs, is the tool money. It’s said that many Diamond level distributors earn a large percentage of their income from the tools, rather than from Amway itself. That is true, but I still believe that HECKEL is a good system considering the amount of success so many distributors have had. Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide if it’s right for you.

    1. A running theme in many of these posts is that recruits are complaining that higher-ups make more of their money on the ‘tools’ than they do the Amway products. I have no idea if this is true or not, but if it is, then wouldn’t that be more motivation for the people down line to start recruiting and selling ‘tools’ too?

      I am curious to know how many of these teams are truly active. It has been many years since I have heard from anyone who actually sells Amway here in the US. Though it seems to be going strong overseas.

  14. GBN21 is a line of sponsorship within Amway Korea. It does business primarily in Korea, but has distributors in other countries, too. GBN21 was started by Amway Korea Crown Ambassadors Dr. Jae-Oh Joo and Kyeong-Ja Park.

    The purpose of GBN21 is to provide training and motivation for Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. They do this by promoting and selling books, tapes and other business support materials to their downline. They also provide seminars and conferences. All of these tools and systems are sold for a profit, and is a business within itself.

    Apparently, their organization has 100+ downline Diamonds and above. I find that quite impressive. Obviously, Amway Korea Crown Ambassadors Dr. Jae-Oh Joo and Kyeong-Ja Park know how to build a large and profitable Amway business. It’s been said that they have awesome leadership, recruiting, communication and motivational skills. In my opinion, they are a true credit to Amway and the MLM Industry.

    The major complaint against GBN21 is the tool income. It’s said that most of the Diamonds make more money from selling tools than they do by building an Amway business. While I cannot verify “how much” they make from the tools, I do know that the tool income is significant. In fact, this is probably the # 1 complaint (in every organization) within the Amway business.

    I’m trying to find out more about GBN21. If you are a current or former Amway distributor who participated in this system, I would love to hear your story.   15. WinBiz21 is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. It does business in the United Kingdom and Ireland. WinBiz21 was started by UK Amway Diamonds Stephen and Gemma Stranney.

    The purpose of the company is to provide training and motivation for Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. They do this by selling books, tapes and other business support materials and training materials. They also provide seminars and meetings. All of these “business support materials” are sold at a profit, and are an additional income to their Amway income.

    Several successful WinBiz21 distributors include Diamonds Stephen & Gemma Stranney, Diamonds Patric and Eileen Stranney and Diamonds Stewart and Carol Melville. Apparently, the Melville’s resigned from the business in late 2008 or early 2009.

    I’m not sure how many Amway distributors are actively involved with this line of sponsorship. However, I’m trying to find out more about WinBiz21. I would like to know more about (1) how they teach you to build an Amway business, (2) what their seminars are like, (3) the associated costs for the tools/system and (4) your personal experiences with the system.

    Most Amway systems have a bad reputation for “ripping off” distributors and getting more money from them through the tool business. It’s also said that most successful Amway distributors make more money from the tools than they do from their Amway business. I’m not sure “how much” money the Diamonds make from tools, but it is a lot. In most cases, the tool money is more than their Amway money.

    Stewart and Carole Melville Leave Amway

    I just want to confirm that we (Stewart and Carole Melville) are no longer involved with Amway UK/ROI or WinBiz21. I (Stewart) left Amway after 29 years in Sept 2008 to enable me to start a new business in the U.S.A. One of the main reasons I left was because our business had been destroyed due to the moratorium imposed by UK Government in May 2007. The business I got involved with in U.S.A was not at that time operating in Europe.

    In Dec 2008 Carole had her Amway business suspended and all income from it withheld from Dec 2008 to June 2009 because I had started my new business in America. In June 2009 Carole was terminated from Amway UK/ROI.

    We had 29 fantastic years in the Amway business and were the last couple to reach the Diamond level in UK/ROI. It is our sincere hope that Amway UK/ROI will develop many more Diamonds and above in the years to come as we know if we could become Diamonds …anyone can ….and boy oh boy it was worth it. So to all the Amway distributors out there, step out from the crowd and do whatever it takes, and then some, and remember it is the “and then some” that makes the difference.

Wow – how neat to get to read a letter from Mr. Melville, and nice to see that he is able to write such a positive, encouraging letter after having his business essentially taken away after building it for 29 years. That is a class act. I wonder what his “new” business here in the US is, and if he has reached the same level of success in it as he and his wife did in Amway UK/ROI.

      1. Thank you for responding to my message. Carole and I were unable to build a new business in U.S.A as we are now back in N.Ireland since 2010. We are completely retired and enjoying the fruits of our labour and life is great. We are Both 66 now and just celebrated our 51st Christmas together as a couple (married 44yrs)…ain’t life wonderful..
        Regarding our fan 29 yrs in Amway..we were taught this ” Things ALWAYS WORK OUT BEST..FOR THOSE WHO MAKE THE BEST OF THE WAY THINGS WORK OUT” and that is what we are doing . Happy days..Stewart and Carole Melville

  16. The Crador Global Network is an Amway Motivational Organization within the Amway business. It was started in 1978 by Foo Howe Kean and Shue Chen. It provides business support materials and training for Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship.

    The Crador Global Network does business in many different countries to include Malaysia, United States, Canada, Russia, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and more.

    It is a huge line of sponsorship. The Crador Global Network has 30+ Crown Ambassadors and hundreds of Diamonds. This makes it one of the largest lines of sponsorship in the Amway business. Most of the downline distributors are in China and Malaysia.

    The Crador Global Network hosts seminars and provides training to its distributors. This includes local meetings, national events, conference calls and so much more. In addition, it offers CDs, books, websites, training materials and other helpful business support materials.

    Their vision statement is “the pursuit of a multi-dimensional life.” From what I could find online, Crador definitely has its act together. The system works, if you work it. Although not everyone succeeds with Crador or Amway, many people who plugged into the system have achieved lasting success. Individual results will always vary.

  17. Braveberry is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. It launched in 2008. Braveberry was started by Founders Double Diamonds Patrick and Joyce Joe of Thailand.

    They joined Amway in 2002, reached Platinum in 2003, Emerald in 2003 and Diamond in 2004. Since then, their business continues to grow. They are Founders Double Diamonds in Thailand, Emeralds in the Phillipines and Rubies in Canada and the United States.

    The purpose of Braveberry is to teach, train and motivate Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. In essence, Braveberry provides a “system” for its Amway distributors to follow and duplicate. It provides step-by-step instructions (and motivation) to build an Amway business.

    Some of the successful distributors include Bob and Nuchie Joe, New Wong, Kris and Anny Tae and others. Most of successful distributors live in Thailand.

    Braveberry provides seminars, books, CDs, websites and other business support materials to train and motivate their downline. One unique thing about Braveberry is that most of the Amway Distributors are very young. Most are 18 to 30 years old.

    Patrick and Joyce Joe are apparently the youngest Founders Double Diamonds in Amway at 29 and 32 years old respectively. From what I’ve found online, they are dynamic leaders with exceptional motivational, recruiting and leadership skills. They are a true credit to Amway, Braveberry, and the network marketing industry.

  18. The Diamond Alliance is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. It is led by Executive Diamond James Vagyi. The Diamond Alliance was created in 2002. It does business in many different countries to include Hungary, Austria, Croatia, Italy, Poland, Russia, Slovenia, Slovakia and Russia.

    The Diamond Alliance provides training, motivation and business support materials to Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. This includes books, CDs, tapes, websites, toll free numbers, business tools and seminars.

    Some of the successful distributors include Founder’s Crown Natalya Yena, Crown Irina and Alexander Fedoseevi, Triple Diamond Mark and Marina Kaplun and Triple Diamond Alexander and Nina Koryak. There are many other successful Diamond level distributors, too.

    From what I can tell, this line of sponsorship has its act together. It has experienced consistent growth over the past few years. I credit their success to James Yagvi. He is an excellent leader, motivator and trainer. When it comes to Amway, and the network marketing industry, he definitely knows what he is doing.

    I am trying to find out more about Diamond Alliance though. If you have experience with the Diamond Alliance line of sponsorship, I would love to hear from you.   19. The Planet Program International is an Amway Motivational Organization in Romania. It launched in 2007 and was created by Amway Executive Diamonds Albert Schermacher and Beatrice Rinalda.

    It does business in Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia and Russia. Some of the successful distributors include Vladimir Popovic, Ileana and Georgel Olaru and Tatjana and Zoran Gulin.

    The purpose of Planet Program International is to provide training and motivation to Amway distributors in its line of sponsorship. This includes tapes, CDs, seminars, books, websites, seminars, and other business support materials.
