What is the best time of day to work your MLM Business? The easiest and best answer might just be “any time you can!” After all, there is no “bad” time to work your business.
That being said, I do believe it’s important to create a work schedule and work your business every day, at least one to two hours per day, at least six days a week, especially if you have the desire to build a big business.
And when I say “work your business” I am referring to the money producing activities, which include showing the plan, prospecting, following up, finding customers and training your team.
All other activities are non-income producing and should be done AFTER you have finished your money producing activities, or during non-productive time.
The beauty of this business is that you can build it in 15 and 20 minute increments if you are focused and have a game plan.
Some people build their business during their lunch hour at their job. Others do it before work. Some folks work in the evening after their kids have gone to sleep for the night.
What works well for one person might not be the best fit for someone else. Just figure out what your schedule is each week and pick the time that best works for you.
That being said, I think the evening hours are the best time to work your MLM Business.
You have to realize that this is a people business and most of your prospects and team members have a day job. Most of them will be at work between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
That means that you won’t be able to call them or show them the plan during business hours.
Typically, somewhere from 6:30 to 10:30 pm are the best hours to build your MLM business.
This ensures most of your prospects are home, have eaten dinner with their family, and are can be reached by phone or in person. This four hour block also allows you to work the different time zones effectively.
If you are truly serious about your business, I would tell you to block off time during your day to build your business.
Set aside 30 minutes a day during off hours to do your non-income producing activities such as watching videos, reading, learning about the products, talking to your upline, etc.
Once the peak hours hit, you need to get in “work mode.”
This is when you want to train your team, prospect people, call leads, follow up, show the plan, etc. This is when people are home and when you will be able to get in touch with them.
The bottom line is to work your network marketing business whenever you can, but try to have business hours set when most people will actually be home.
Set business hours and have the discipline to work your network marketing business every single day. No matter what, find some time to work your business during the “prime time” business hours.
Typically 6:30 to 10:30 pm is the best time to do that, so you can work the different time zones, and work smart.
