Tamilla Polezhaeva was a Diamond President Director in the Oriflame business. Sadly, she passed away in November 2011.
She was the only Sapphire President in all of Oriflame. She joined Oriflame in 1996. Prior to that, she studied at the University. She was one of the first Oriflame Consultants in Russia.
She built her Oriflame business by sharing the products and business opportunity with friends, family members and casual acquaintances. She conducted in-home meetings, one-on-one presentations and conference calls with her downline.
She achieved tremendous success because she focused on helping others achieve success. Whenever she sponsored people into her team, she did whatever she could to help them reach their goals. As a result, her business flourished too. She was so good at what she did that the company decided to use her “systems” throughout the entire company.

It is sad that this woman who took Oriflame to another level in Russia passed away. I remember days when MLM would have been unheard of in the Soviet Union. It just goes to show that you can open your Network Marketing business to the whole world. I hope it stays that way.
May there be many more strong business people like Tamilla. She showed other Russians that MLMs can survive and grow in even communist countries.
She was definitely a tremendous leader.
