Final Thoughts

While some people might be put off by the price, I do believe it could offer a good value. After all, what is your nutrition and health worth to you? What I’d recommend you do is educate yourself. Compare this product with 2-3 other similar products. Learn everything you can and pick the one that is best for you. If you do your research and talk to your doctor, you should know what supplements you should be taking.

If you have experience with the Shaklee Vitamins, specifically the Vitalizer Gold, I would love to hear from you. Please leave a comment to tell us what you like or dislike about it. Thanks.

  1. I have a box I received free from a dealer and there are no directions….6 pills , 5 of which are huge. Do I eat them all at one time? before a meal? after a meal? I don’t want to ask the dealer as I don’t want her to think I am interested in buying more, just don’t want them to go to waste.

    • I’m not sure, maybe someone else can chime in here.

  2. We have been using the Amway vitamins that are also quite expensive. They do help a lot, but one thing I have noticed with many people is they rely on vitamin and mineral supplements and neglect eating properly. If many of us would skip the fast food drive thrus a bit more, and eat healthy fruits and vegetables, we could essentially maintain a healthy body at a fraction of the cost.

I do believe that Shaklee and Amway need to attempt to bring the costs down. As you said, GNC vitamin and minerals are much cheaper and carry the same ingredients.

    Thank you for this review.

    • Yes, eating healthy is definitely a great starting point.

  3. I can tell you, honestly, that they lost me at the price. A hundred dollars for a month of vitamins is rather steep, when I can get some very nice ones elsewhere. Unless it has a guaranteed youth elixir, I don’t think that I would be purchasing this vitamin any time soon. I wonder how long this has been a viable product for Shaklee, or how many of the people who buy it are distributors.

    • Yes, the price for these vitamins is a bit steep.
