Top 7 Reasons to Sell CBD Products

In today’s post, I want to share my top 7 reasons to sell CBD products.

I was like most people. I was skeptical about CBD at first. I thought I would try CBD, get high, and then go and eat two large pizzas and three bags of Doritos. Boy was I wrong! Looking back, I was just ignorant and misinformed.

People told me about it early on, but I stalled. I waited. And not a day goes by that I do not regret that decision. Finally, I got my head out of my you know what and jumped into the CBD market. My only regret is waiting so long! Better late than never.

Don’t miss out. Opportunities like this do not come around very often! You can either jump in or get left behind! There’s a good chance you will be using CBD one day. Why not make money from it?

What is CBD?

In case you are wondering what CBD is, here are two different definitions I found online that might give you a better perspective.

Cannabidiol is a phytocannabinoid discovered in 1940. It is one of 113 identified cannabinoids in cannabis plants and accounts for up to 40% of the plant’s extract. In 2018, clinical research on cannabidiol included preliminary studies of anxiety, cognition, movement disorders, and pain.

CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a trending ingredient the natural products industry and is the focus of a new area of cannabis research. CBD is one of many cannabinoids, or molecules produced uniquely by the cannabis family. Unlike tetrahydrocannabinol (THC, the primary psychoactive element in marijuana), CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn’t have a strong effect on cognitive brain activity and doesn’t cause the “high” associated with marijuana.

Top 7 Reasons to Sell CBD

What you will see below are my top 7 reasons to sell CBD. These reasons are listed in no particular order. I’ve also included some insights from different experts for added perspective. Enjoy.

# 1: CBD is Booming

It’s much easier to sell something that someone WANTS to buy than to go out and create a new trend. I can’t think of anything “hotter” right now than the CBD market.

The number one rule of going into business is “Go where the market is.” One clear way to tell that is by gauging where consumers are already spending their money.

You might look at the explosive evolution that the CBD industry has undergone in the past couple of years and find yourself intimidated by market saturation and competition. Fret not — there are still plenty of pieces of the pie for everyone who wants to try and partake.

# 2: Great Margins

CBD products have great margins, especially compared to many other products and services in the marketplace. If you are an affiliate marketer or online marketer, you want affiliate programs that pay generous commissions, at least 30 to 50 percent. It’s hard to make money if you’re selling something that only gives you $1-$5 per sale (unless you are Walmart). Selling CBD offers you amazing margins!

Selling CBD on your own could bring some benefits. But nothing could come close to the cost-advantage of selling CBD through an affiliate. Since their network is larger, they also have access to price points that are not otherwise available to small retailers. This gives you the opportunity to tap into returns you couldn’t have before.

# 3: Help People

I can’t speak for you, but I love to help people. If I can help people find alternatives to prescription drugs, ways to help with seizures, ways to eliminate panic attacks, anxiety, headaches and sleep issues, I’m all about it. Remember, salespeople get paid to solve people’s problems. No one buys a drill because they want a drill. They buy a drill because they want a hole. I sleep well at night knowing that I am helping people by selling them CBD products.

CBD is commonly used to address anxiety, and for patients who suffer through the misery of insomnia, studies suggest that CBD may help with both falling asleep and staying asleep. CBD may offer an option for treating different types of chronic pain.

# 4: Take Control of Your Income

If you’re stuck trading hours for dollars, in a traditional job, CBD gives you an exit strategy. You can start selling CBD and finally get paid what you are worth. Even if you don’t think of yourself as a natural salesperson, you never know how well you will do selling CBD until you try. You might just find out you have a natural knack for it. Start part-time, sell your CBD at night and on weekends, and then decide if you want to continue doing it.

Employers greatly value effective salespeople, and they compensate their sales staff accordingly. There are a few other roles that have the potential to consistently pay as well as sales. Many sales jobs are commission based, which means that you earn more if you sell more. Getting proficient at your job can result in extremely lucrative paychecks.

# 5: It’s the Wave of the Future

This is just my opinion, but I personally believe people are sick and tired of popping pills all day long, and experiencing the side effects that come with it. Many people are looking for natural health alternatives. Once people are educated on CBD, and its benefits, most people are at least willing to try it. And as more people try it, more people will talk about it, more people will buy it, and it will become even more mainstream.

The latest one, by leading cannabis researchers BDS Analytics and Arcview Market Research, projects that the collective market for CBD sales in the U.S. will surpass $20 billion by 2024. Interestingly, this figure is a slight increase from than the recent forecast made by New York-based investment bank Cowen & Co, which estimated that the market could pull in $15 billion by 2025.

# 6: You Have Many Different Options

When it comes to selling CBD, you have many different options. You can private label products. You can do network marketing. You can open your own physical CBD store and sell other people’s products. You could create an online store. You could have a YouTube channel about CBD. You could sell CBD products on your own blog. You could sell CBD at flea markets and via home parties. The list goes on. If you do your homework, there is something you will find that aligns with your personality and skills.

# 7: Residual Income

This is not an article about network marketing; however, I feel obligated to share with you that I believe CBD is perfect for the MLM Industry, because it is consumable. This means customers order the product, use it up, and need to reorder it, month after month.

If you can find a network marketing company with great CBD products, great marketing tools and great compensation plan, I believe network marketing is the best way for the average person to get involved selling CBD. No financial risk. No R&D. No manufacturing. No inventory. In most cases, you can get started for less than $100. You just focus on the selling the CBD products and get paid.

Even better, you get leverage! You can earn from your personal sales AND from the sales of others. This creates a leveraged residual, income. Everyone needs residual income!

If nothing else, continue to educate yourself on CBD and look for potential business ideas you can pursue.
