Today, I’d like to take a few minutes to share my insights for people who want to outsource MLM Recruiting.
Let’s begin by defining outsourcing:
Outsourcing is the business practice of hiring a party outside a company to perform services and create goods that traditionally were performed in-house by the company’s own employees and staff. Outsourcing is a practice usually undertaken by companies as a cost-cutting measure. ~ Investopedia
Next, we should define MLM Recruiting:
In my own words, MLM Recruiting is the process of enrolling a new distributor in your company (someone who wants to pursue the business).
Outsource MLM Recruiting
Many people in the network marketing industry HATE recruiting or suck at it. As a result, they are looking for a “quick fix” or “easy way” to solve their recruiting problems. Some people are even searching for a company or service that will recruit new reps for them, for a fee. Basically, they want to outsource their recruiting.
If you’re one of those people, please understand no one is going to recruit for you. If the person or business you see online offering this type of service were so good at recruiting, they wouldn’t need you. They would do their own thing and build their own MLM team.
Why? Because the money they could earn by doing that would greatly surpass what they could earn selling you their services. Remember that BEFORE you fork over your hard-earned dollars for “done for you recruiting.” It doesn’t exist.
If you need to recruit, you MUST learn to do it yourself. Anyone can LEARN how to recruit if they put in the time, money and effort to learn. The good news is you can automate parts of your recruiting and work smart, which gives you leverage 24/7. Fortunately, you only need to put a few things in place, and you can have an endless supply of prospects reaching out to you, wanting more information about what you do.
Putting Your MLM Recruiting System Together
Here are the components you need to set up, or have someone help you with, so you can establish your own online recruiting system.
A Niche
Your niche is the group of people you want to reach. To work smart, I recommend you pick network marketers. Other niches include small business owners, stay at home moms, professionals, veterans, etc. Picking any other niche will drain your bank account and lead to endless frustration. Other network marketers are your best target market.
An Offer
Next, you need an irresistible offer, ideally something for free, such as a free report, free boot camp, free eBook, or free coaching session. You can lead with your business opportunity, but I don’t recommend doing that. There are just too many people doing that, so find a way to stand out in the crowd and be different.
A Capture Page
The next thing you need if you want to outsource MLM Recruiting is your own capture page. This is simply a one-page website that is designed to “capture” your visitor’s email address in exchange for something (your offer).
An Email Campaign
Your next step is to set up an email campaign in your own auto-responder. This email campaign is designed to pre-sell your prospect on you, your offer, and your opportunity. It helps build up the like, know, and trust factor with your prospects. Keep in mind the average person needs to see something at least 10-20 times before they make a buying decision. The fortune is in the follow-up.
A good email campaign will send an email to your prospects every 2-3 days for at least 1-2 YEARS.
Traffic
The final and most important thing you need if you want to outsource MLM Recruiting is targeted TRAFFIC. You need a tsunami of targeted, high quality traffic. And guess what? Good traffic is expensive. You might need to spend $1,000 in advertising to generate 200 to 300 email subscribers. And if you have a good follow-up system, maybe 1 in 20 or 1 in 30 subscribers will become a distributor.
These are the only five things you need to outsource MLM Recruiting.
Online Systems Worth Considering
There are several different companies online that offer services such as CRM, sales funnels, capture pages, email campaigns, etc. They won’t recruit for you, but they will help you set up your own recruiting system. I’ve listed them below.
# 1: ClickFunnels
ClickFunnels is a website and sales funnel for entrepreneurs who aren’t programmers or tech savvy. It allows you to create beautiful landing pages, a sales funnel and grow your company online. It can help guide your visitors through a systematic sales process, so they don’t get lost and leave. It can also point your customer straight to the one product or service they need the most to help solve their problem. Finally, it will help follow-up with your visitors, even after they leave the page.
I can’t believe the quantity of quality pieces of training and videos, support, and tools Clickfunnels provides.
I love automated systems, so using Clickfunnels is getting really fun to use. It’s a lot easier when you are guided from the overall strategy to the tactics.
~ Thierry M
# 2: Power Lead System
I’ve used Power Lead System for more than four years now. Like ClickFunnels, they make it easy to create your own capture-pages, email sequences, sales funnels and sales pages for your business. It’s a little cheaper than ClickFunnels, but it’s also a little less user friendly.
# 3: My Lead System Pro
My Lead System Pro or MLSP, is an affiliate program that teaches network marketers how to build their business via attraction marketing. Attraction marketing is the concept of branding yourself and providing value to your prospect, so they want to work with you. If you’re looking for a system, I would pass on MLSP, but if you are looking for a good affiliate program and training it’s worth checking out. I’ve used MLSP in the past, but haven’t promoted it in years.
This platform really has helped me learn to market on Facebook PROPERLY. Most “gurus” out there just tell you to post and connect but they never tell you how. MLSP actually shows you HOW to do the required activities to start getting leads. I actually got leads in Leads in 48 hours using their methods alone. I recommend this system for any business owner and beginner in the industry.

# 4: Elite Marketing Pro
Elite Marketing Pro is similar to My Lead System Pro. I have promoted Elite Marketing Pro for about 10 years. Their classes and courses taught me everything I know about online marketing. I would recommend them if you need training and are looking for a good affiliate program, but they really aren’t a MLM Recruiting System. But, I do recommend you check them out and watch THEIR system in action. They have things very streamlined.
# 5: The Mighty Giant
Of all the services I recommend on this list, this one gets my # 1 endorsement. I am a happy customer with The Mighty Giant. For just $12.95 per month, you get everything you need. It offers capture pages, an auto-responder, conference bridge, leads program, and much more. My team and I use The Mighty Giant to promote our company. There is not affiliate program. It’s also the best priced service I’ve found online. You can read my review here.
# 6: Aweber
I’ve been an Aweber customer for more than 10 years now. Aweber is an auto-responder, but it can also be used to create your own squeeze pages. I would rank Aweber my # 2 choice, other than The Mighty Giant.
I’ve been using Aweber since the very beginning of my online business about 7-8 years ago. It integrates well with other services to make an automated flow of things. I love the segmentation I can do. Just the overall ease of using it. Oh, and their customer service is INCREDIBLE. Probably one of my favorite features. There is someone live to chat with within seconds to help you. Incredible support, no waiting.
~ Jorden B.
Disclaimer
Even if you use one of these systems, you still need to invest a lot of TIME, MONEY to promote your website. Just setting up a system is a waste of time and money if you don’t have the skill and money to buy a lot of traffic.
In my opinion, you need at least $1,000 to $2,000 per month for ads to see any type of traction, and probably closer to several thousand dollars per month. The gurus you see online promoting systems and automatic recruiting are more than likely spending TENS of thousands of dollars per month on their ads. They just don’t tell you that.
Conclusion
If you want to outsource your MLM Recruiting, the bad news is there isn’t a company you can hire to do it for you. On the other hand, the good news is that it’s pretty simple to set up an online recruiting system. You can create your own system from scratch or use one of the services I listed above. I highly suggest you pick The Mighty Giant. For most people, that will be their best option.
Once you have your system set up, I would take a course or two about buying traffic. That is really the most important skill to master. Once you can do that, recruiting will be fairly simple.
