Make your meetings fun. Boring is the kiss of death. Make them educational and entertaining. Add in your personality, do a random contest or raffle, have multiple speakers, and don’t be monotone when you talk.
# 6 Start and End on Time
Be punctual. Respect your participants’ time. Always start and end on time. Don’t make people who got on the call on time wait for people who are late.
# 7 Have Time for Questions & Answers
At the end of each training call, have time for questions and answers. Set aside ten minutes for this. It will give your participants the opportunity to ask their questions and get answers.
# 8 Record the Call
Record every training call and send out a playback link to your entire team. This will make sure everyone gets the information.
