What Are Ayurvedic Products?

In case you’re wondering what an ayurvedic product is, here is a simple definition I found online.

The ancient Indian medical system, also known as Ayurveda, is based on ancient writings that rely on a “natural” and holistic approach to physical and mental health. Ayurvedic medicine is one of the world’s oldest medical systems and remains one of India’s traditional health care systems. Ayurvedic treatment combines products (mainly derived from plants, but may also include animal, metal, and mineral), diet, exercise, and lifestyle.

When you think of ayurvedic, think natural and organic. Think plant based (in most cases). Think of it as a holistic way to improve your health, rather than simply popping a bunch of pills.

What are the Benefits of Ayurvedic Products?

I’m no doctor, so I went online to find some of the common benefits of ayurvedic products. Here’s what I found. The source is cited at the end.

  1. Ayurvedic products are safe to use by all. These medicines do not have any kind of side effects on the person.
  2. The products offer a wide spectrum of benefits for the body, skin, hair, and health. Like you have acne problems. You can use lemon an effective Ayurvedic to cure acnes. Use it as a simple juice to apply or drink. Alternatively mix it with other herbs like tulsi, cinnamon etc.
  3. They target better health solutions due to nature’s bounty benefits. Like if you are taking lemon. It can help make digestion better, lose weight, detoxify the body, and make skin glowing and much more. Ayurvedic solutions are like buying one and get many benefits free.
  4. The solution of Ayurveda is broad. It not only focuses on medication but also better lifestyle and eating habits. The use of gentle techniques and education enlightenment help restore health and balance.
  5. Ayurvedic products work on the root cause. They offer slow solutions but are effective in the long run.
  6. Mild to chronic diseases can be effectively solved using this holistic system.
  7. The use of natural solutions direct from nature is the best part. No forms of chemicals are used in the making which can harm your health.

And here’s one additional benefit I found online I thought you might find helpful, especially since inflammation is something so many people struggle with.

Inflammation can be caused by inadequate sleep, poor diet, and deficient digestion. The Ayurvedic method of healing reduces inflammation to regulate the heart system and digestive tract by eliminating waste. Consuming a combination of herbal treatments, exercise that gently boosts metabolism, and antioxidants can help lower inflammation and increase energy.

Questionable Ingredients

When you do your research online, you will quickly discover that not all health products are created equal. In fact, many health products you can buy online, at the big box store, or from a network marketing company are made in a lab and have nothing “natural” about them.

That’s why it’s important to educate yourself about ingredients. You must learn how to read a label, so you can make an informed decision. Read every ingredient, before you start putting things into your body.

*** You should also do this with the food you eat, not just your supplements. ***

Flip over any health product, starting reading the ingredient’s list, and in many cases you will start finding ingredients such as:

  1. Artificial Colors
  2. Titanium Dioxide
  3. Talc or Magnesium Silicate
  4. Aconite
  5. Yohimbe
  6. Usnic Acid
  7. Red Yeast Rice
  8. Pennyroyal Oil
  9. Kava
  10. Hydrogenated Oil
  11. Coloring: Red 40, Blue 2, Yellow 5
  12. Lead, Mercury, and PCBs
  13. Greater Celandine

These ingredients are questionable at best. Some sources cite them as dangerous or unnecessary (see sources below). In many cases, they are used as fillers to lower the cost of manufacturing the product.

If you get nothing else out of this article, QUESTION EVERYTHING. Read labels and educate yourself so you know what you are putting into your body. After all, your health is your wealth.

MLM Ayurvedic Products & Companies

Selecting the “best” Ayurvedic MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) company can be subjective and dependent on various factors, including your personal preferences, business goals, and values. Ayurveda is an ancient holistic system of medicine originating in India, and it has gained popularity worldwide for its natural and holistic approach to health and wellness. Several MLM companies offer Ayurvedic products, and your choice should be based on careful research and consideration of your individual needs.

Here are a few Ayurvedic MLM companies that have gained recognition in the industry, as of my last knowledge update in September 2021. Please note that the MLM landscape can change rapidly, and it’s essential to do your own due diligence and research current companies and their performance before making a decision:

  1. Amway: Amway is one of the most established MLM companies globally and offers a wide range of health and wellness products, including some Ayurvedic-inspired supplements and wellness products.
  2. Vestige Marketing Pvt. Ltd: Vestige is an Indian MLM company that specializes in health and wellness products, including Ayurvedic supplements, herbal skincare, and personal care items.
  3. Herbalife: Herbalife is another well-known MLM company that offers a variety of nutritional and wellness products. While they aren’t exclusively Ayurvedic, they do incorporate natural ingredients into their product line.
  4. Modicare: Modicare is an Indian MLM company with a focus on health, wellness, and personal care products. They have a range of Ayurvedic products catering to different health needs.
  5. Forever Living Products: Forever Living is a global MLM company known for its Aloe Vera-based products, which align with some principles of Ayurveda.
  6. Patanjali Ayurved: Patanjali is not an MLM company but a well-known Indian brand founded by Baba Ramdev. They offer a wide range of Ayurvedic and natural products. While they don’t use the MLM model, they have a vast network of distributors.
  7. Jiva Ayurveda: Jiva Ayurveda is not an MLM company, but they have an affiliate program that allows individuals to earn commissions by promoting their Ayurvedic products and services.

Before joining any MLM company, it’s crucial to consider the following factors:

  • Product Quality: Investigate the quality and efficacy of the Ayurvedic products offered by the company. Look for certifications or third-party testing to ensure product safety and authenticity.
  • Compensation Plan: Understand the MLM company’s compensation plan, including commission structures, bonuses, and incentives. Ensure it aligns with your financial goals and efforts.
  • Company Reputation: Research the company’s history, reputation, and track record. Check for any legal or regulatory issues or complaints from distributors or customers.
  • Training and Support: Evaluate the training and support provided to distributors. A good MLM company should offer training materials, mentoring, and resources to help you succeed.
  • Compliance and Legal Aspects: Ensure that the MLM company complies with local laws and regulations regarding MLM operations. Understand the terms and conditions of the distributor agreement.
  • Your Personal Fit: Consider your personal interests and values. Choose a company and product line that resonate with your beliefs and passions, as this will make it easier to promote and build your MLM business.

Remember that success in MLM requires dedication, hard work, and effective marketing skills. It’s essential to set realistic expectations and be cautious of companies promising quick riches without effort. Conduct thorough research and consult with experienced MLM professionals before making a decision.

  1. Ayurvedic Products are really the best products in the market. I have used some of the products and the comparison with other products is magnificent. It is actually tough to find natural Ayurvedic products in the market. Sometimes its not the label that differentiates the product, but nowadays there are lot of unoriginal products that use natural ingredients on their label, calling them original Ayurvedic Product. This confuses the buyers and make them spend their money on them and in return they either get side effects or no improvements at all. This is why it is necessary for the buyers to not only educate themselves for the label but also be aware of such products, and it is the manufacturer’s job to notify their customers if their products are being duplicated.

    1. Yes, I am a big fan of Ayurvedic products. What products have you tried that worked well for you?

And yes, learning to read the ingredient label is very important. When you take a closer look, most health products are really not all that healthy, because of the fillers, dyes, synthetics, and questionable ingredients they use to make the product cheaper to manufacture.

  2. I have only recently really start doing research on Ayurvedic Products. They really seem to be quite amazing! The products that you listed look to be top notch. I may need to look into them further. Do you offer any sort of gift card, or incentive for 1st time customers? I have a friend who recently did allergy testing. She found out she is allergic to Red 40. You would not believe how many things that is put into.

    1. I’m still learning about ayurvedic products myself. I don’t know much about Red 40. What I have learned is that many of the ingredients in these so called “health products” are questionable at best. It’s really important as a consumer to educate yourself and learn how to read a product label. I can’t stress that enough.

Yes, my company offers gift cards. I’ll send you one. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.

    2. Omg, I enjoyed so much reading about this! My sister has a very small business of natural cosmetics, I’m going to send this to her so she can read this!!
To be honest, I really do think that natural and holistic products are the best for our skincare. Even of something they are a little more expensive they are totally worth it !
This was an unexpected surprise and I loved it !

      1. Yes, you definitely pay for what you get. I encourage everyone purchasing cosmetics of any kind, even vitamins or supplements, to take the time and learn how to read the ingredients labels. Some of these cosmetics and supplements have dangerous ingredients in them. If people really knew what was in them, they wouldn’t buy it.
