Here are some simple tips for writing good emails that convert.
# 1: Pick a TOP NOTCH Subject Line. The subject line is the most important part of your email. Be sure you pick a catchy subject line that grabs their attention. If you have an hour to write an email spend at least 20-minutes developing a good subject line.
An email with a blank subject line will likely get deleted, lost, or immediately irritate the recipient, who is forced to open the email to figure out what it’s about.

# 1: Communicate frequently, minimum three times a week. The biggest mistake I see marketers make is not communicating with their email list frequently. The best marketers I know communicate with their list DAILY. That might sound extreme to some businesses, so I would recommend you communicate at least three times per week.
# 2: Send out a weekly email newsletter. Send out a weekly email newsletter with educational materials. Make the newsletter interesting, about 80% content and 20% marketing messages.
Your newsletter content must be educational. Subscribers and audiences look for relevant and timely information. You can include promotions if you have any big news about your product, service or organization to share.

# 3: Repurpose your content. You can repurpose your blog posts, podcasts, and videos by putting them in emails and sending them out to your list.
# 4: Sell with your signature file. Your signature line in your MLM Auto-Responder email should be used to sell your product or service. Ads a P.S. line and have your marketing message there.

First and foremost, you need choose your auto-responder service. Research three or four different services and pick the one that is best for you. Cheaper is not always better. More expensive is not always better either. What matters most are the deliverability rates and ease of use.

Step # 4: Choose Your Delivery Sequence
Once you have your follow-up messages written you need to set a delivery sequence. I’ve tried many different delivery sequences myself and I’ve found that sending a message every two to three days works best for me. That is what I use myself recommend.

This creates an experience for them while helping them understand your core message. When this experience is really good, the subscriber gets into a habit of reading your email newsletter. The Two Types of Email Messages
In your MLM Auto-Responder you have two types of messages: follow-up and broadcast. Your follow-up messages are the messages you write as part of a follow-up sequence. Everyone on your list gets these messages in sequential order.
The second type of message is a broadcast message. This is a ONE-TIME message you can send out when you have an important update or information to share with your list. It’s not part of your pre-written emails.
I try to send out one broadcast message a week to all my lists, in addition to the scheduled follow-up messages. I do this when I have special promotion, updated information, or anything important to share. I use a broadcast message to send out my email newsletters as well.

What I should do now is give you a sample follow-up sequence, just to give you some ideas. In this example, I’ll pretend we are creating a follow-up sequence for our prospects. Here’s what I would do.

Messages one through thirteen would go out every three days. Message fourteen would go out three weeks after message thirteen, so it showed up on day sixty. Message fifteen would go out thirty days after that.
The real beauty of this sequence is that (1) you are staying in touch with your prospect minimum twice per week, (2) you are educating them about the business and products, and (3) you are getting them to like, know, and trust you.
Some of your hot prospects will join right away. Some won’t ever join. Many others will join three to twelve MONTHS from now, when the timing is right for them. The beauty of having an MLM Auto-Responder is it lets your prospects simmer in the crock pot until they are ready to get started.
In your email messages, don’t use pressure or hype. You simply educate and offer value. As a result, they will see you as an expert, someone serious who can help them, and as a result, some of them will want to do business with you.
How it Works for Me
Most people who opt-in my MLM Auto-Responder don’t end up joining my team for at least three to six months. Chew on that! Some join right away, but most people don’t.
