I appreciate that one of your goals each month is to read whatever set amount of book you set out to read. Of course you gain a lot of knowledge by reading and studying, so it is a wise thing to do. Just curious as to how you makes your book selections each month. Are these books that have been recommended or do you just randomly come across them? I get most of my recommendations in this industry from your blog.

My books are a combination of what I find at Thrift Stores, recommendations from mentors and friends, and deals I find on Amazon. I have a backlog right now with more than 100 books.

Overall Chuck, I would have to say that the figures you posted are tremendous. Sure, you came up short in a few areas, but you made heavy strides in other areas. How is building 2 companies working out? Sometimes I wonder how you keep up with all of it, because I have trouble keeping pace with the few things I have.

Thank you very much for sharing your goals and numbers. It really shows that if a person is committed, there is success around the corner. It just takes planning and following the plan.

I am thinking of doing a similar move on my blog–posting goals, because it does “light a fire,” and makes us accountable.

Great job, and have a wonderful June!

Building two companies is going fine. It’s all done on autopilot through my blog. The major benefit is that I now have two options to give people, and they can pick the one that is best for them.
