In today’s post, I’d like to share my results from my LiveGood 90 Day Challenge. I’ll cover the big picture and nitty-gritty, so you can have a better understanding about what it is and how it works. As a quick disclaimer, my results are not typical. Individual results will vary. Also, I am an independent affiliate.
What is LiveGood?
LiveGood is a network marketing company specializing in health and wellness. They are located in Jupiter, Florida and do business worldwide. They’ve disrupted the network marketing industry by launching the “membership model” which allows the company to sell the products slightly above cost. There are no overpriced products or monthly auto-ships or purchasing requirements. In the first 8 months, more than 600,000 people joined the company.
What is a 90 Day Challenge?
A “MLM 90-day challenge” typically refers to a specific time-bound initiative within a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company. MLM companies often use challenges as a way to motivate and engage their distributors or members to achieve specific business and personal goals within a 90-day period. Here’s what a typical MLM 90-day challenge may involve:
- Goal Setting: Participants set specific, measurable, and achievable goals for themselves during the 90-day challenge. These goals may relate to sales targets, recruitment quotas, personal development, or other aspects of their MLM business.
- Training and Education: MLM companies may provide participants with training resources, webinars, workshops, and educational materials to help them improve their skills and knowledge in areas like sales, marketing, leadership, and product knowledge.
- Accountability: Participants are often encouraged to track their progress and report it to their upline or team leader regularly. This accountability helps keep participants focused on their goals.
- Recognition and Rewards: MLM companies often offer rewards and recognition to participants who achieve or exceed their goals. This can include bonuses, prizes, and acknowledgment at company events.
- Community Support: Challenges often foster a sense of community among participants. They may engage in group activities, share success stories, and support one another through the challenges and obstacles they encounter.
- Personal Growth: MLM challenges may have a personal development component, encouraging participants to work on improving themselves beyond just their MLM business. This could include health and wellness goals, time management, or building better communication skills.
- Networking Opportunities: Participants may have the chance to network with other distributors or members, including those outside their immediate upline or downline. This can expand their professional connections within the MLM community.
- Celebration and Evaluation: At the end of the 90-day challenge, participants typically celebrate their achievements, evaluate their progress, and set new goals for the future.
It’s important to note that the specifics of a MLM 90-day challenge can vary widely from one MLM company to another. Some may be highly structured with strict guidelines and specific tasks, while others may be more flexible and focused on personal development and overall business growth.
Before participating in any MLM 90-day challenge or MLM opportunity, it’s essential to thoroughly research the company, understand its compensation plan, and assess whether the business model aligns with your goals and values. MLMs can be controversial and often require significant time, effort, and financial investment, so it’s crucial to make an informed decision.
Why Should You Do One?
Participating in a 90-day MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) challenge can offer a range of benefits and reasons to consider:
- Financial Transformation: MLM challenges often focus on boosting your income. Over the course of 90 days, you can work towards significant financial improvements, which may include paying off debts, saving for a major purchase, or achieving financial independence.
- Personal Growth: These challenges typically require you to step out of your comfort zone, which can lead to personal growth. You’ll learn valuable skills such as effective communication, sales, leadership, and time management.
- Goal Achievement: Setting and achieving specific goals is a fundamental aspect of MLM challenges. This can help you become more disciplined and focused on what you want to accomplish in your life.
- Networking: MLM challenges often involve building a network of like-minded individuals who share your goals and aspirations. This can lead to valuable connections and relationships that extend beyond the challenge.
- Health and Wellness: Some MLM challenges incorporate health and wellness components, encouraging participants to adopt healthier lifestyles. This can lead to improved physical and mental well-being.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Many MLM opportunities allow for flexible work hours, making it possible to participate in the challenge while still maintaining your existing commitments.
- Skill Development: MLM challenges often provide training and resources to enhance your sales, marketing, and leadership skills. These skills can be beneficial in various aspects of life, not just MLM.
- Personal Accountability: Being part of a challenge can help you stay accountable to your goals. Knowing that others are watching and supporting your progress can be a powerful motivator.
- Income Diversification: MLM challenges can serve as a pathway to diversify your income sources. This can provide financial security and reduce reliance on a single income stream.
- Sense of Achievement: Successfully completing a 90-day MLM challenge can boost your self-esteem and provide a sense of accomplishment. This can be empowering and motivate you to set and achieve even larger goals.
- Entrepreneurial Experience: MLM challenges often operate on a business model that resembles entrepreneurship. You can gain valuable experience in running your own business and making independent decisions.
- Community Support: Being part of an MLM challenge often means joining a supportive community of individuals who are committed to helping each other succeed. This sense of community can provide encouragement and motivation.
- Financial Independence: For some, MLM challenges are a stepping stone towards financial independence. Achieving financial stability and freedom can lead to a higher quality of life and reduced financial stress.
Before embarking on a 90-day MLM challenge, it’s essential to research the specific MLM company and challenge to ensure they align with your values, goals, and expectations. Additionally, be prepared to put in consistent effort and commitment to reap the benefits outlined above.

Lessons Learned During My LiveGood 90 Day Challenge
Here are a few lessons I learned during my LiveGood 90 Day Challenge.
You can accomplish a lot in 90 days. Sometimes 90 days feels like forever. Other times it passes by quickly. However, you can change your life in 90 days if you decide to. It’s enough time to see results and form new habits.
Don’t compare yourself to others. I tend to compare myself to others. I think it’s normal to do that. Some leaders built their business faster than I did. Other leaders sponsored fewer people and had better results. Sometimes that made me jealous or feel inferior. I suggest you don’t make the same mistake.
Consistency pays off. It sure does. Some people call this the Slight Edge concept. Little things do matter. Everything we do is either moving us closer to our goals or further from them. You don’t normally see results right away, but you will eventually see results if you stay consistent.
Most people you sponsor won’t sponsor anyone. More than half the people you sponsor won’t enroll anyone, regardless of what you do to help them. Do not take it personally. You can’t push rope. Instead, keep sponsoring and work with the willing.
It takes time to start, launch, and grow a business. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Expecting instant results is unrealistic in most new businesses. It’s important to practice delayed gratification.
This is a long-term, part-time project. This is the best way to view your LiveGood business. Instead of having it be the miracle to your current financial problems, think of it as a part-time, long-term project. This keeps the pressure off and gives you time to succeed.
Backend money vs. front end money. LiveGood doesn’t offer much frontend money. Why? We don’t sell starter kits or overpriced products to people, like most network marketing companies do. Instead, we have better retention and earn our real profits on the back end with the matching bonuses.
Building the foundation is the hardest part. Getting started is the hardest part. Everyone starts with zero people on their team. It takes time to find a few quality people. In the beginning, you might be the only person on your team putting in the work.
You only need a few key people to build a big team. Most of your growth will come from the work of one or two leaders, even if you’ve sponsored a lot of people. That’s normal. It’s okay.
Conclusion
In conclusion, my LiveGood 90 day Challenge was a huge success. I didn’t achieve the goals I set out to do, but I still made great progress. More importantly, I learned a lot and built the foundation for my business, long-term. My business is launched, off the ground, and growing steadily. I will do one more 90 Day Challenge to solidify my business.
