In today’s post, I want to share my Internet Marketing Business Plan for 2020. I own several online businesses, using several different business models, all under my parent company, Holmes Internet Marketing.
I manage my blog, sell my own information products, build my MLM business, sell leads, services, and do affiliate marketing. In all, I have about 30 different income streams, but my primary focus is on just three of them.
Although I utilize different business models, and have multiple streams of income, my # 1 objective is to generate a leveraged, passive residual income utilizing the internet.
Each year, at the end of December, I take a day or two and map out my goals and game-plan for the upcoming year. I am a big believer in PLANNING. I learned in the Army that failing to plan is planning to fail. No matter what type of business you own, you need a plan!
What you will see below are my goals, my game-plan and my daily mode of operations. Keep in mind, I share none of these things to brag. You must also realize that I do this full-time, so if you are a part-timer, your goals shouldn’t be as big as mine are. If anything, I hope to inspire you to create your own Internet Marketing Business Plan.
My Internet Marketing Business Plan for 2020
My Network Marketing Company
- Reach the rank of Diamond with my MLM Company
- Be the company’s # 1 earner in 2020
- Personally sponsor 7,320 new people (20 per day)
- Add 144,000 new team members
To give you a quick insight, I joined my network marketing company in May 2019 and am currently the # 2 rep. I do have 17-years experience in the industry, so I am not a novice. You can create a free account to join my company, so signing up 7,000+ new people personally is doable for me. Adding the 144,000 people is a big goal, but I know it’s possible. You should also know that I do my network marketing business 100% online: no meetings and no chasing friends and family.

My blog has always been my primary focus. I’ve been blogging full-time since 2010. I do have virtual assistants who help me with photos, editing and social media. I also have several writers who with me, although I do most of the writing myself. Within my blog, I have about 30 income streams, which are all automated.
My Weekly Game-Plan
Everything starts with your goals, but having a game-plan is equally important. Here is what I intend on doing each week in 2020 as part of my Internet Marketing Business Plan.
- Publish 2-3 new posts weekly on my blog
- Edit/revise 10 old posts weekly on my my blog
- Email my MLM List 3x per week
- Email my MLM Team 2x per week
- Send 50 handwritten notes/postcards per week
My Daily Action Plan
I work my business five days per week, Monday to Friday. I work, on average, about 8 to 10-hours per day. Here is what I will do each day with my internet marketing business. This is simply a picture of my daily work schedule.
Basically, what I have done is broken down my goals into what I need to do on a daily basis, Monday through Friday, to achieve my yearly goals. This keeps me from getting overwhelmed, and trying to figure out how I should spend my time.
Monday

- Write and Publish one post on MLM Blog
- Edit two old blog posts
- Update team Facebook group
- Share content on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Email my MLM email list
- Send out 10 handwritten notes/postcards

- Edit two old blog posts
- Update team Facebook group
- Share links on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Send out 10 handwritten notes/postcards
- Conduct my weekly MLM Team webinar
- Set up and review my paid ads
Wednesday
- Send solo ad on Herculist and place ads
- Write and Publish one post on my MLM Blog
- Edit two old blog posts
- Share links on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Email my MLM email list
- Send out 10 handwritten notes/postcards
Thursday
- Send solo ad on Herculist and place ads
- Edit two old blog posts

- Email my MLM Team

Friday

Weekends
I rarely, if ever, work on the weekends. Instead, I like to do some of the following things.
- Read, relax, nap, swim
- Collect my thoughts
- Watch movies
- Family time
- Visit thrift stores, flea markets and have fun with my bride
Creating Your Own Internet Marketing Business Plan
