In today’s training, I want to teach you how to close out the year strong in your MLM Business. It’s currently November 26th. Whether you had a boom (or bust) year with your network marketing business, it’s never too late to finish out the year strong.

I’ve assembled my best 8 tips to help you close out the year strong in your MLM Business and create momentum for the upcoming year. Let’s get started.

# 1: Create or Update Your Name’s List

I hope you already have a name’s list. If you don’t, these tips will help you. Get all your prospects in one place. You can use a CRM program or even Microsoft Excel. Write down everyone you’ve contacted this year. Add people that you want to contact but haven’t yet. Add the people that are on your chicken list. By having everyone’s information in one place, you will have people to contact daily.

If you don’t have a master name list yet, write down everyone in your cell phone, email contacts, Facebook profile, and LinkedIn. For most of you, this will give you at least 3,000 names of people you can contact. Once you have your list assembled, you will always have people to connect with.

# 2: Follow Up with Prospects

During the past year, you’ve probably had conversations with hundreds, maybe thousands of prospects (hopefully). Now is the time to reach out to those prospects who did not join or buy from you. Follow up with them and ask them to try a product. Give them an update of your business. Consider doing a text, email, phone, or direct mail campaign.

# 3: Do a Daily Challenge for the Rest of the Year

Whether there are 10 days left in the year, or 90, I encourage you to do a Challenge. For the remainder of the year, do 5x or 10x more activity than you normally would. If you’re currently approaching two prospects per day, reach out to 10-20 prospects daily for the rest of the year.

If you’re currently posting one YouTube video per day, post three or four videos per day for the rest of the year. If you’re currently posting on social media twice per day, start posting five to ten times per day. If you want to triple your income in your business, triple your activity.

# 4: Start a Mastermind Group

Creating a mastermind group within your MLM business can be a game-changer, offering a myriad of benefits. It fosters a collaborative environment where like-minded individuals pool their diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives. This collective intelligence generates innovative strategies and problem-solving approaches, propelling the entire team forward.

Moreover, it serves as a support system, offering encouragement, motivation, and accountability, which are crucial in the often challenging world of MLM. Through shared knowledge, resources, and connections, members can accelerate their learning curves and achieve their goals more efficiently. Ultimately, a mastermind group amplifies individual potential, leading to enhanced productivity, increased success, and a thriving network within the MLM realm.

If you have a team, assemble the two to five most serious people, and create your own mastermind team. The best way to do this is to create a group chat on Facebook with those people. Do daily contests, shout outs, and challenges. Keep each other motivated. When two or three people lock arms, you can achieve some incredible things in your business.

# 5: Invite 5 People per Day to Look at Your Business or Products

Ask at least 5 people per day to look at your business or products. If you’ve already been doing that, raise this number to 10, 20, even 30 per day. The more exposure you get in your business, the more customers, and distributors you will enroll.

# 6: Do a YouTube Blitz

Conducting a YouTube blitz for your MLM business can yield an array of compelling advantages. YouTube’s expansive reach and diverse user base offer a platform to showcase your products or services to a global audience, significantly amplifying your business’s visibility. Through engaging video content, you can effectively communicate your brand’s message, values, and unique selling propositions, fostering connections and trust with potential customers or recruits.

Additionally, YouTube’s search engine visibility allows for increased discoverability, potentially driving organic traffic to your MLM business. Leveraging the power of video content enables you to provide valuable educational resources, testimonials, and product demonstrations, effectively demonstrating the benefits of your offerings. Overall, a strategic YouTube blitz can serve as a dynamic tool to enhance brand awareness, expand your network, and propel your MLM business to new heights in the digital landscape.

Here’s what I suggest you do. Post a video about your business or products on YouTube, every day, for the rest of the year. This will give your channel a boost and lead to more exposure and leads. Review products, interview reps, share success tips, and create other content that will benefit your viewers. Use a combination of reels and regular videos.

# 7: Do a Social Media Blitz

Executing a social media blitz within your network marketing business presents an array of invaluable advantages. It harnesses the vast reach and immediacy of social platforms, allowing you to engage with a broad audience in real-time. By leveraging various social channels, you can tailor your content to resonate with different demographics, thereby increasing your business’s visibility and attracting potential prospects or customers.

Moreover, a well-planned social media blitz enables you to share compelling stories, testimonials, and visually appealing content, effectively showcasing the unique value of your products or opportunities. It fosters meaningful interactions, cultivates a sense of community, and establishes trust, essential elements in network marketing.

Post one live, one story, one reel, and one post on your timeline every day. Post in groups. Add more friends daily. Level up your social media. Get creative and develop a plan.

# 8: Assess Your Daily Routine

Assessing your daily routine within your MLM business offers invaluable insights and benefits crucial for sustainable growth. By scrutinizing your daily activities, you gain a clear understanding of what tasks contribute most effectively to your business’s success. This assessment allows you to prioritize high-impact activities such as prospecting, relationship-building, and skill development while identifying and potentially eliminating time-consuming or less productive tasks.

Moreover, it helps in optimizing your time management, ensuring that each day is purposefully structured to maximize productivity. Evaluating your routine also provides an opportunity for self-reflection, enabling you to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. We are all creatures of habit. Take an honest, objective look at your daily routine. Do more of what is working. Stop doing things that aren’t working. Experiment with some new activities to see if they produce good results.
