If you’re an Isangenix rep there is a good chance you want to learn how to build your downline fast, so you can make money and reach your business goals. My goal today is to give you a few tips to help you do that.
I should start out by telling you that I am not affiliated with Isagenix in any way. That being said, I do think very highly of the company, the leadership team and their product line. It’s definitely a good company to work with.
As I see it, the secret to building a large team of customers and distributors quickly is to focus on sponsoring distributors AND finding lots of customers. Don’t just push the business opportunity. Focus on the products, too. Ultimately, you want tons of people in your organization who LOVE the products and will reorder them every month whether they ever build a business or not.
If you are just getting started, you want to personally sponsor 20 to 50 people as quickly as possible. This can consist of product users and people interested in building the business. Ideally, you want to do this in your first few months in the business. The best way to do this is to work with your warm market initially.
The beauty of sponsoring 20 to 50 people quickly is that you will find some serious people to work with. Ten to twenty percent of these folks will be interested in doing SOMETHING to grow their business. Your job is simply to help them get started and to work with them.
As you sponsor people you want to build two power legs in your group, one on the left leg and one on the right leg. Keep stacking people on top of others and drive each leg very deep. This will give everyone something to lose and it will help everyone get started. Best of all, the leaders will identify themselves by their actions. They will be out getting customers and sponsoring people on their own.
To work smart you always want to work at the BOTTOM most point of each leg. This provides motivation and fear of loss to everyone in the leg above them. It’s true, if you light a fire in the basement, good things will happen! You also want to work with people who are doing the work.
You also want to work smart. Whenever you sponsor someone new, you want to get into their sphere of influence as quickly as possible. As one of my mentors teaches me, make a friend and meet their friends. Whenever you sponsor someone who is WILLING to let you help them, then spend some time with that person and help them get off to a quick start.
Ultimately, what you are trying to do is find 3-5 REALLY serious people to work with in each leg. These will be the leaders who create huge MOMENTUM and GROWTH in your Isagenix team.
It would also help you to have a WRITTEN strategy and game plan to build your Isagenix business. Write down your daily action plan. Identify two to five things you can do EVERY single day to grow your business. Set aside the time to do them and make it happen.
Identify one or two marketing activities that you feel comfortable with and focus exclusively on them. This could include hosting home parties, doing conference calls, advertising in newspapers, utilizing Facebook, promoting videos on YouTube, working with your warm market, or anything else. Just pick something and then take massive action.
My final tip is to get plugged in to your successful upline on your team who is successful and willing to work with you. Find a mentor, eat some humble pie and do what they teach you.
Building a successful Isagenix business is not rocket science. Keep it simple. Create a game plan, work your tail off and stay persistent. Success won’t happen by accident. And it won’t happen overnight.
