The Herbalife Wild Berry Beverage Mix is a great sports drink for athletes. It is similar to Gatorade or Powerade. One canister in 9.88 ounces and makes 14 servings. Each serving has 70 calories, 3 grams of carbohydrates, 15 grams of protein and zero sugar.

herbalife wild berry drink mixYou simply mix two scoops with 8 ounces of water and you are in business. This product is designed to help curb your food cravings and give you the added protein you need to get through the day.

I’ve personally tried it with 7-Up, alcohol and in smoothies.  It’s also great mixed up in a blender with crushed ice.  Overall, I give the product an 8 of 10.  If you haven’t tried it out yet, you should.

According to the review in this article of the Herbalife Wild Berry Beverage Mix, this seems to be a healthy alternative to Powerade and Gatorade. It also seems to be a good replacement for an afternoon snack, or at least it will hold you over until the next meal. I may actually try it in the near future.

I’m wondering why you only gave this Herbalife beverage mix a score of 8. Was it grainy? Was the flavor not that wild berry-ish? Is the price higher than you like to see? What was your favorite way to drink it–with the water, 7-up, alcohol, or in smoothies?
