Some people have claimed that Herbalife and other MLM companies are pyramids. They are right unless they add “scheme” to the end of it. Nearly all businesses and organizations work on a pyramid system.

Some MLM companies just “throw you out” to start selling and recruiting. Herbalife will not! As a matter of fact, before you can recruit or receive any form of compensation, you must complete a training program that will:

  • Making claims
  • and a lot more

#8: Breakaway

This is an area that many people don’t like but some MLM companies have it in their comp plans. Herbalife is one.

Just as an example, let’s say you are at supervisor and one of your downline members reaches supervisor level. They will “breakaway.”

This means you can no longer count their volume in your downline volume but you will instead, earn monthly royalties from their volume… As long as you maintain your minimum volume.

What this means is you need to keep active and fill the downline volume you lost in that breakaway.

If you stay persistent and consistent, it shouldn’t be an issue. But for some, it is an issue.

I must admit that for all the compensation plans that I have ever researched, the Herbalife plan is one of the most difficult to understand.

And, I do know that many people have done quite well with Herbalife while others have not. I believe it all comes down to work. If you follow the principles from Herbalife leaders who came before you, you have good odds for success.
