In today’s post, I want to share four things that all MLM Top Earners do, that most other network marketers don’t do. You could call this the four steps to success in network marketing. Let’s get started.
1. They Pick a Good Company with Products or Services That Excite Them
The first thing that top earners do is a pick a company with products or services they are passionate about. If the products don’t make sense neither will the business. Most top earners are extremely passionate about their product line, and it shows. When they talk to people they have the conviction in their voice about what they are offering.
2. They Create an Action Plan
All top earners have a crystal clear action plan. It starts with their why. Once they know their why they set their short term and long term goals. Next, they develop their plan of action. Some people call this a daily method of operations or daily action plan. In other words, they know exactly what they need to do each day to build their network marketing business.
No two top earners build their business the same way. Most top earners come up with a game plan that matches their talents and abilities so they can work smart and be effective.
In addition, most top earners know they will need to sponsor 100 to 200 people to make it to the top of their compensation plan. They develop a game plan to make this happen in a reasonable amount of time.
3. They Work Their Business Every Single Day
If there is one thing that all top earners have in common, it’s that they are very, very consistent with their network marketing business. They work their business minimum five days a week, and normally six or seven days a week. They have set business hours. They work their business minimum two to four hours every day. They recruit new people each month. They work smart.
They don’t work their business when it is convenient. Instead, their business is a top priority in their life. And they treat it that way.
4. They Stick with One Company for Minimum Five to Ten Years
Most top earners have been with the same company for five years and normally closer to ten years, before they make it big. They understand the value of picking a good company and then putting your blinders on. They don’t look at other opportunities or join other opportunities. They stick with one thing until successful. They are long-term thinkers and they have no desire to jump ship, EVER! They are loyal to their company and team.
In summary, this is the exact process that ALL successful network marketers follow. Success boils down to knowing what you want, coming up with a plan to get there, doing the work, and following through until you succeed. It isn’t any more complicated than that. The real question is WILL YOU do it? Will you pay the price? How bad do you really want to succeed in life and in network marketing?
