Are you looking for an easy MLM company to build? If so, welcome to the club. Millions of people are looking for something “easy” to do. It appeals to human greed. That’s why you see so many ads online about “overnight riches” or “we’ll do everything for you.”
No type of business is easy to build. Building a successful business in any niche takes guts, hard work, time, money, skills, and perseverance.
From personal experience, I’ve found that no MLM company is easy to build, but some are easier than others. What I want to do in the rest of this post is share a few things to consider before you sign your name on the dotted line of the distributor agreement, and choose a company.
# 1 Being Passionate About the Products or Services
You need to know this upfront. It will never be easy to build a MLM Company if you are NOT passionate about the products or services. You can’t fake the enthusiasm very long. If you only joined a company because of the income potential, and you don’t love the products or services, and see a real value in them, you probably won’t make it big in the company. Find something you love. It is vitally important. Your passion will shine through and your enthusiasm for the company and products will keep you ignited during the difficult times.
# 2 Timing of the Company
Timing is everything. Joining a network marketing company after it has passed the momentum phase is not the best idea. I don’t think so anyway. Yes, you can still succeed in a big way in an established company, but working with a company in the pre-momentum or momentum phase is much smarter. Look at most of the top earners in any MLM Company and you will see that a large majority of them joined the company in the pre-momentum or momentum phase. You don’t have to get in early to succeed, but it doesn’t hurt your cause either.
# 3 Mass Market Appeal
A lot of people don’t talk about this, but I think it’s very important. You want a company with products or services that appeal to the masses. One of the reasons health and wellness MLM companies are so popular is because there is a large target market for their products. Just about everyone uses some type of health and wellness product. If you pick a company with a product or service that is too small of a niche, there aren’t as many potential prospects as something with mass market appeal. Find something that appeals to just about everyone.
# 4 Company Policies
Most network marketing companies are stuck in the stone age with their terms and policies. This is 2017, not 1987. Not allowing reps to use social media, YouTube, and email marketing to build a business is ludicrous. Forcing everyone to do the warm market approach is horrendous. Many companies want to restrict their reps, forcing them to do the business one way. To me, that is foolish. You are an independent contractor, not a corporate employee. Make sure you read the company’s policies and procedures first. You might be shocked at what you find.
# 5 Marketing System
If you want an easy MLM company to build, there needs to be a marketing system in place for you to use. It could be operated by the company, or by your successful upline. Without an AUTOMATED marketing system, to include capture pages and auto-responders, you are way behind the power curve. Check out the marketing system I use for my team.
There you have it folks. These are five important things to evaluate if you are looking for an easy MLM company to build. No matter what company you join, it won’t be easy. You’ll have to work hard and fight for your dreams. But, some companies are a better fit than others.
