Millions of Americans struggle to lose weight and struggle to get a good night’s sleep each night. If you are one of those people, you should learn more about Dreamaway®. This is a popular product sold by Life Force International. It is designed to help you sleep better at night and lose weight while you sleep.
According to the company’s website, “Dream Away is a proprietary liquid blend of chromium picolinate, L-phenylalanine, melatonin, amino acids and several other supportive nutrients formulated to promote restful sleep.” I like to call it “a good night’s sleep in a bottle.”
Dreamaway was developed by renowned physician and nutritionist Dr. William J. Saccoman. The product contains melatonin, chromium picolinate, whey protein, L-phenylalanine, collagen, stevia and several other ingredients.
Here are a few neat things about the product:
- One serving size is a tablespoon
- One serving is 15 calories
- There are 30 servings per bottle
- It comes in a 15.2 fl oz bottle
- It comes in cherry flavor
- The product number is 800
- It promotes restful sleep and weight loss
It is recommended that you take the product on an empty stomach (three hours after your last meal) and about 90 minutes before you go to bed at night. You simply take one tablespoon of the product with eight ounces of water. While you are sleeping, Dreamaway works it magic, helping you lose weight and inches while you sleep like a baby.
When you search online, you will find many customers and distributors who achieved good results using the product. Many people claim that since they started using Dreamaway, they have been able to get a good night’s sleep for the first time in many years. And others claimed they have lost weight and inches using the product.
One bottle retails for $37.50. If you sign up for auto-ship you can buy it for $33, plus tax and shipping. I believe that distributors can get an even better discount.
If you’ve ever tried the Life Force International Dreamaway® I would love to hear your testimonial. Did you like the product? Did it work? How long have you been using it? Just leave a comment to share your thoughts.

So this seems like a really wonderful product to me. I struggle to sleep through the night and I have a few pounds that I wouldn’t mind shedding off. I am a little skeptical because it just all seems too simple, but I have read some great reviews on the product that appear to reflect genuine results and satisfaction. I would be willing to give it a try for a month or two before ruling it out though. It never hurts to try I imagine.
I can’t imagine not being able to sleep well at night. If I was struggling with my sleep, I would be more than willing to try just about anything. Maybe Dream Away will help you out. You never know unless you try.
This seems a little too good to be true to me, but when I read the usage instructions, I can see what might make it work. Regardless of what is in the product, if you are not eating after four and a half hours before you go to bed, and then have a large glass of water before turn in for the night, you are going to lose weight. If I went to bed at my usual time of 10:00 p.m., I would not be allowed to eat anything after 5:30. I would be very hungry indeed, so there would have to be something in that product to help me sleep or my stomach growling would keep me awake. I would like to hear more about this product from its actual users before deciding to give it a try.
Most people eat A LOT after dinner time. If they stay up to ten or eleven at night, and spend a few hours in front of the television, most folks will eat way more than they should. Not eating anything after dinner alone would help most people lose weight. That being said, for some folks this Dreamaway product might work wonders. It could be worth trying out if you have tried other things and not gotten the results you desire.
I took Dream Away back in 1984 when it was in capsule form. In one month I dropped 4″ in my abdomen, thighs, & arms! I had to go buy a complete wardrobe! I’m trying to locate someone that may still be selling Dream Away. My # is (325)242-1587. I’ve got to loose 125lbs. I have a heart murmur & was told if I don’t loose my weight, it could cause congested heart failure. Please give me some good news. I’ll even take before & after pics! I would even like to sell it if possible.

You are so right that simply not eating after dinner would probably help most people lose some weight. I know I get myself into trouble by snacking after dinner because I stay up late to get school work and writing done. By the time I am finished my work I need a little something to eat because I am so hungry that I am unable to sleep. So this product seems really practical.
I had a little interaction with a LifeForce International distributor, but I don’t recall seeing Dreamaway. I probably would have tried it. The recommended dose timing would be difficult for me, though. My husband doesn’t usually get home until 6:30, so we’re eating supper around 7. Three hours after that and 90 minutes before bed would make it a pretty late night!
I agree. Maybe you could adjust your schedule a little bit and give it a try. It might work.
This is an exciting concept to think that you can lose weight while you sleep. I’m going to have to give this product a try.
Give it a try and let me know how it works for you.
I find this amazing that you could take a pill and lose weight while you sleep. I’ve tired many other “fad” diets with little success. I can lose the weight but I always seem to put it back on within a few weeks of going off the diet. Maybe Dreamaway will help me once and for all.
Maybe you should give it a try, Isabel. What do you have to lose?
I’ve been using Dreamaway for about 2 months now. I’ve lost seven pounds and I sleep like a baby. This stuff is great.
I’m glad this product has helped you sleep better at night and lose weight at the same time. Keep up the good work.
This is really a quality and affordable product. Losing weight is tough to do, but with this product it’s much easier. The best thing about Dreamaway is that I get a good night’s sleep. In the past that was pretty difficult to do.
I’m glad that Dreamaway is helping you sleep better at night and lose weight at the same time.
Dreamaway is a great product. I’ve only lost a few pounds since using it, but I do sleep like a baby at night.
Good for you Mandy. I’m glad you are getting good results.
Dreamaway addresses scientific findings that lack of solid sleep, meaning the sleeper entered REM, directly impacts maintaining a healthy weight. The melatonin in Dreamaway is the primary ingredient to promote sleep. In addition, the chromium picolinate appears in studies to reduce body fat and increase the development of lean muscle. L-phenylalanine is an amino acid important in regulating metabolism and producing the hormone that suppresses appetite. Interestingly enough, L-phenylalanine is also necessary for the synthesis of neurotransmitters in the brain, and studies suggest it improves the effectiveness of antidepressants. Bottom line, it sounds like Dreamaway has addressed a number of key factors related to weight loss.
Thanks for sharing, Amy.
