Don’t Let Others Steal Your MLM Dream!

Don’t let others steal your MLM Dream!  That is some advice I learned a long time ago and it is very important to understand.  I think you could take it one step further and say don’t let anyone steal your dream.

You see, there is NOTHING wrong with wanting to be rich, happy and successful.  And there is nothing wrong with wanting to be a MLM Millionaire or MLM Success Story.

Having the desire to change your life and develop your potential is the starting point of all success.

However, whenever you express your desire to do something great with your life, you will witness your share of critics.

Whenever you want to do something different in life, critics come out of the woodwork.  Here are a few examples:

  • You want to end a bad relationship
  • You want to end a dead end career
  • You want to relocate and start over
  • You want to lose a lot of weight
  • You want to quit college and pursue something different
  • You want to pursue a different career than your parents want you to
  • You want to start a network marketing business
  • You want to give up your steady paycheck and become an entrepreneur
  • And on, and on, and on!

Don’t believe me?  Just mention any of these things to your loved ones and see what type of response you get!  Tell your closest friends and family members you will be making some major changes in your life and see how they respond.

For every supportive person you find, you will probably have five critics.

When it comes to getting involved in network marketing, you will have a lot of friends and family members tell you that you are crazy.  They will tell you that you have lost your mind. They will tell you that you are heading down a path of destruction by joining one of those pyramid schemes.  They will tell you almost anything, in hopes that you will quit and return back to your comfort zone (actually, their comfort zone).

You see, WHENEVER you try to do something different in life, the people around you, who know you the best, will get uncomfortable.  By you stretching out of your comfort zone, it makes them naturally uncomfortable. They fear that you might become ultra successful and stop being friends with them.

Or, they fear that your success would make them failures!  Or, countless other things.

A the end of the day you have to realize that all successful people have critics, even billionaires who give away billions of dollars to charity!

The only way to get through life without critics is to do NOTHING.

Anytime you attempt something great in life, many of your closest friends and family members will become your biggest critics.  Of course, if you succeed with your new goal, they will become your biggest fans (the money doesn’t always bring out the best in people). And if you fail at it, they will be the first to say “I told you so!”

Whenever you face a critic, you have two choices.  You can give up whatever it is that you wanted to do and return to your comfort zone.  Or, you can keep pressing forward!

Ultimately, only you can decide what is best for you. I hope you keep pressing forward!

My best advice is do not let anyone else steal your dream: not even your spouse.  You only get one life to live and you don’t want to live a life of regrets.

And if your dream is to build a large and profitable MLM Business, that’s great.  Go and do it!

And if it’s something else, that’s great too.

You real key to success is to decide what you want, come up with a game-plan, get started, learn from your mistakes and persevere.  And IGNORE your critics.

And my final point is this.  There is nothing wrong with being rich, happy and successful. You were born to do great things, so never let anyone make you feel bad for wanting to do something significant.

I totally agree with this post. When I started the venture of writing and publishing books, I had many people tell me that I couldn’t. “You’ll go no where,” or “There’s no money in that.” I have had times of discouragement and those negative comments would haunt me, but I endured. Now, with over 45 books published and more coming, those same people have shut their mouths. Some even think they may be able to write and publish. You are right Chuck, no matter what a person attempts to do, someone will say you can’t. That is when it is time to show them you can. Great post!

That is when you kick them in the_______. LOL.

It does amaze me the envy and jealousy of people that they would want to stomp on the dreams of others. I don’t know if they do it on purpose, or if it a bad trait they inherited. I hope I have never done this to people.

You know, dreams are good. Without dreams, life would be boring, even dreadful. It is our dreams that keep us going and fighting to attain them.
