    Wow Chuck, this is a great list.

    I like where you stated there are no magic words; actually, the magic comes in something else you said…listening. If we allow people to talk, and we truly listen to what they are saying, they will give us the words we need to speak. If we are compassionate and understanding, they will want to be near us, and the best way to do that is to join our team.

    You posted some great stuff here in this weeks weekly wisdom. Thank you.

    Chuck some of what you are so saying is so commonsense and down to earth, but again and again, you will find that people neglect to ‘Listen to their customer’ and ‘apply too much high pressure sales’ in the prospecting stage.
    A very good tip is to get the $ signs out of your head and treat the other person with respect. So many do treat the prospect as if they are stupid and that is so disrespectful. Great post.

    Such a good list of tips in every area. I especially like that you mention retention, as that is the area I think many people struggle with, though that is also the area that is necessary for the business to have any stability and eventually growth. The recognition tips also go hand in hand with the retention tips, because when people feel valued they are more encouraged to stay and work for you, or with you rather.
