# 1 Who to Spend Time With
Time is our most precious asset. Discover why it makes sense to only spend your one-on-one time with people who are coachable and doing the work. Don’t make the common mistake of investing tons of time with non-producers. Work with the people who deserve your time, not with the people who need it.
# 2 Three Steps to Success
Learn why these three words are so important: Focus – Commitment – Consistent. Discover why you should focus on ONE thing at a time, commit to it for at least two years and consistently work your business every day, at least one to two hours per day.
# 3 Fastest Way to Grow Your Business
Find out why it makes more sense to recruit successful people than sponsor people “below” your level. Look for the most ambitious, most industrious, most successful people you know, people with influence and leadership. Recruiting just one or two successful people is ten times more effective than recruiting 100 followers. Go after successful people.
# 4 Best Way to Spend Your Time
Discover why you should spend 90% or more of your time on personal recruiting UNTIL you have at least five REALLY SERIOUS people who want to run with the business. You’ll probably have to sponsor 100 to 200 people to find these five people, but it’s worth it. Once you have them on your team you can focus 90% of your time on team building.

Learn why I think most systems are a waste of time. Discover how personal, one-on-one coaching is much more effective than forcing everyone on your team to follow one system. Coach each person on your team to develop a business building strategy that works for them, based upon their goals, talents and abilities.
