Great job on your personal and business goals for 2014! Sounds like you’ve got big plans for 2015 as well. In 2014, I started freelancing as a part time job in addition to my day job, and I have migrated towards doing it more full time. My goal is to be doing it at least 3 days a week, if not full time by May 2015. And I would like to be a full time freelancer by the time my youngest starts school in August of 2015. I also lost 20 lbs. in 2014 and I would like to lose about 5 more in 2015. I also exercise 4-5 times a week, and I would like to maintain that. Another personal goal I have for 2015 is to learn a new hobby.

I did want to mention that I do plan on making just a few changes in 2015.

Maggie and I did have a website, but I feel that I had put it together all wrong, and it really did not break even in regards to the price. I think that the first problem was the name of it. I also did not take the time to always provide new content, and I was trying to do to many things. Essentially, I lost focus.

I do believe I will start another website, but I plan on using much of what I have learned from this blog in developing it. I believe a website can be a great investment, but it does need to be maintained properly, and I need to use time management to do it.

That is one of the goals for 2015, along with a series of fiction books. I have just published the first one called Escaping Hades on Kindle and soon for paperback. If it does ok, I am going to use the same lead character in more.

Awesome! Having clear goals is very important. Maintaining a high traffic, profitable and successful website is a lot of work, more than most people thing, but it is definitely a good business move.

Yes, you are correct Chuck about setting clear goals. It sometimes amazes me how so many people just float through life with no clear direction. Setting goals is the only way to really achieve what you want in life. I have always tried to instill that in my children. Along with setting goals, a person also needs to set objectives to reach those goals. Another thing some do is set goals that are unreachable. I have found that it is best to set simple goals and then slowly make them more difficult.

300 percent growth! Wow, way to go Charles! You have certainly been a busy man and that has paid off wonderfully for you. Based on your stats, your MLM boot camp was a real hit in 2014 and that makes perfect sense because you offer so much wisdom on your blog alone that people are sure to want to learn from you as a leader in MLM. Great work for 2014. In know you will only go on to bigger and better in 2015 and continue to be an inspiration to myself and others in this industry.

Great job Chuck! I hope 2015 gives even higher numbers.

2014 was also a pretty good year for me. As an author, I published one book that is in full color, black & white, and also on Kindle that has been selling quite well. It is called Puertorriquenos Who Served With Guts, Glory & Honor. I have been told that it was even helpful in Congress giving a Gold medal to the 65th Infantry, who were primarily Puerto Rican soldiers.

I continue writing and have offered classes on self publishing. I have learned a lot from this blog on wise ways to handle my business and my time. For that, I thank you. Have a great 2015.
